Replacing an AC unit is not a task anyone cherishes, but Brian Keith and his crew made this a pleasant experience. They could have easily replaced the unit and air handler and called the job complete, but instead, they listened to the issues we had and took the time to offer us options to improve our system. Installing the unit, air handler and new duct work was completed in one day. I could not be happier with the professionalism and courtesy of the entire crew and the wonderful job they did! We are now ready for that upcoming Texas heat.

Clean and tested A/C unit as part of bi-annual repair service. On time - as always. Professional - as always. Could not ask for nicer people to work with. They have saved me lots of money over the years. Completely trust-worthy advice and service.

The gentleman was on time. He was very methodical in checking all the possible causes. I appreciated him taking the time to explain what he was doing. He discovered a bad capacitor and replaced it. AC now runs great.

They show up when they said they do. They take care of everything. I don't have any complaints at all. I think they do a pretty good job and I'd use them again. Their price is going to be moderately higher than some of the others, but they are very reliable and very good. They stand behind their work.

The man who owns the business is Clayton Keith but his son generally does the work now. I would recommend him to friends and family. He is always prompt and does a good job. I can basically get him when I need him. His prices are generally high but are similar to what other companies also charge. I would use him again in the future.

I switched to Keith Air Conditioning after another company failed to show up. Keith Air Conditioning answered the phone, gave me a time and showed up as promised. The tech was professional and courteous. What more can you ask? The system works! I will use them again for regular maintenance.
