Description of Work: Steve was a super sleuth by finding the source of a leak I had under the concrete. The leak was not where the water was showing up. Steve identified the location of the leak and reroute do the pipe.

+ -1 moreCalled Ernie's Plumbing. Within five minutes they returned my call, and arranged appointment for serviceman. Hr was punctual and professional. He explained what he would do and the hourly rate for work. We decided to work on the problem ourself. (1) the price, while probably in line with the going rate for plumbers, was more than we were willing to pay. (2) After the serviceman told us what the repair would involve, we decided to work on it ourselves. This is important: the serviceman from Ernies accepted our decision, wished us good luck and told us we could call him back if we needed further help. We were favorably impressed with his attitude. [We were able to successfully repair the faucet.]
Description of Work: Estimate was provided. Outline of service to be performed was given. I decided to do the repair myself. It involved the purchase of a new part,for my kitchen sink's faucet.
