I have used them a lot. I haven't used them recently because nothing has been broken. I always recommend them. They come to Llano every Wednesday. So, I can predict when I can get them to come. They do all their Llano service calls on that day. The guy that they send is very professional and always on time. He cleans his mess up. Whatever he does, he makes sure that it is perfectly clean when he leaves. As of June 2015 Top Notch no longer comes to Llano.

We are pleased with the professionalism and results. As background, in July of 2012, the refrigerator's was damaged by a lightning strike. The following October the compressor was replaced at a cost of over $900 by an authorized company now out of business. Then this past September, eleven months later, the refrigerator failed again to cool properly. As a result, based on a recommendation, we called in TopNotch. There service representative convinced me that the previous repair was faulty and why, and why probabilistically spending another $1,900 would have the highest expected value. After five months, I continue to believe I made the correct decision. And have since satisfactorily used them to take care of another more minor problem.

When I called to set up the service they reviewed what was wrong so they could bring needed parts. The service man - Joey called in the morning to let me know what time he would arrive. He arrived at the appropriate time and did the work efficiently. He called back to make sure the ice machine was working properly.

Service person welcomed questions and suggested several improvements I could make to the laundry room and washer (ie. location and brands of detergent and softener). Encouraged further communication if necessary.

The repair was done when I couldn't get anyone else to do the job in the area. I would use them again but would be more careful about the price. I wanted to get the Dryer running so I could sell it because my wife didn't like it so I was desperate to get it fixed. The dryer was repaired which was better than the warranty service could do or any one else in the area. The only issue was instead of just ordering the required part or parts that were needed a whole assembly that was on hand was used so the repair was more than expected and should have been. Top Notch Did the job right but it came out to be more expensive than I thought it should have been. The technician knew his stuff!

They determined our washing machine to be dead. They sold us a refurbished washing machine for a serious discount, and it works fine. They were very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.
