Description of Work: They did a full and thorough home inspection. My only disappointment was that the inspector never gave me a single answer when I asked how to fix various problems with the house. This may be policy and they all do it, but I was disappointed that he kept giving me the same no answer to every question.

Description of Work: After consulting Angie's List, we chose TLC. Pat came out and was very friendly. He got right to work and went down his list. He took soooo many pictures and was very detailed. We stayed during the entire inspection, and he gladly allowed us to tag along as he went around inspecting everything, fielding our questions left and right. I should add our cost was a little more than base rate, as we added in the sprinkler system inspection as well. | |The home we're purchasing is a 1970 lake house on LBJ, and his knowledge about older homes was invaluable. He made us feel much more at ease about our purchase. We were thrilled with his level of expertise and willingness to show us everything. He even gave a post inspection summary and walked us through everything he found. | |Two days later, the complete report was emailed to us, with pictures, descriptions and arrows detailing everything for future reference. | |I would gladly recommend TLC, and you'll be a lucky duck if you get Pat as your technician.
