Texan Water

Our landscape architecture and construction studio, Twistleaf, contacted Texan Water in spring 2023 to assess the condition of an existing well at a clients property in Fredericksburg, in preparation for a large-scale landscape renovation project. Their technician was the consummate professional. Extremely responsive and knowledgeable, he took the time to answer all of our questions in person, then always followed-up with reporting and work orders as promised. After the initial assessment and with the passage of time, it was clear that additional work needed to be done on the well, which Texan Water executed in a timely and reliable manner, in concert with other trades working on site. We were impressed with the professionalism of their entire staff, as well as how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule each time we needed them. Texan Water really earned our trust and continues to maintain the well. We will definitely work with them in the future for water well drilling or repair.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Everything they said they were going to do they did. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly even though they had to search for a pump that was a bit larger. They had given me a quote at the beginning of the project and even though there was additional equipment brought in to replace the old stuff they did not change the amount of the original quote by one cent. Very impressed with these folks and would recommend easily to anyone who asks me for a referral.

During the recent winter event, they got two frozen and broken well pumps fixed in a timely and professional manner. They were obviously extremely busy, but they communicated their schedule and kept us up to speed when others couldn't get to us for weeks. The tech (Joe) did great work and even upgraded some outdated wiring at a very fair price while he was on site. Great experience and great company!

The response time and follow-up by Texan Water was absolutely amazing despite this recent winter storm in Texas. We were out of water dur to frozen broken pipes and pump. Getting any other company to just answer their phones or even get back to us was impossible. After searching through about 11 different companies (plumbers and well repair services -- anyone) Texan Water not only answere their phone, but immediately got us in touch with Austin to schedule our service. They were overwhelmed with calls and work orders, but they came through for us no matter what. Now we have running water again and the repair was done in the same day! I HIGHLY recommend Texan Water for anyone who wants good old fashioned customer service and want to deal with people who really care.

I had been out of water over a week. They called and came at 5 pm the day before scheduled. Finished installing a new Booster Pump and valves, checked all my water lines and finished about 8. Wonderful service, polite and efficient service. I highly recommend them.

TexanWater was called to replace a pressure tank and repair a number of other issues. The work was done quickly with a minimum amount of downtime. Before the work was done it was explained to us in detail so we clearly understood all that needed to be done and why. After the repairs were done periphery issues occurred which the team from TexanWater quickly responded to and repaired. The customer service, work quality and pride they take in their work is top notch.

Texan Water had a technician at my house within hours of contacting them about my well problems. Technician had the skills and knowledge to troubleshoot the problem and replace only what was needed. He was friendly and gave me advice about maintaining my well properly. He replaced the control box and pressure gauge. He was here and gone in in less than an hour. Wouldn't call anyone else for future problems. Highly recommend this company.

Texan Water replaced my well pump, motor, control box and also they put in a Well Saver. I would say, do not look anywhere else, just hire Texan Water. The technicians were very hard working, they worked almost nonstop, they were very knowledgeable, and professional. Texan Water's estimate was reasonable. and I got prompt customer service. Texan Water replaced my well pump last year and I couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism, timeliness and work ethic. Brice recommended that my 30-year-old PVC and wiring be replaced at the time of the service and I never felt pressured to commit to the extra expense. They explained everything in detail and I made the right decision to replace all of the well components at the time the well pump was replaced. Just last week I noticed a leak at the PVC outlet fitting at the pipe that leaves the well and turns down into to the ground. I called Texan Water and they came right out and fixed it for me. This is one of the great small businesses in our area and I highly recommend you give them your business.

Our well quit this week and I replaced the pressure switch thinking that was the issue. It wasn't. I was worried it might be time for a new pump and a big well bill. I called Chris the next morning and he had Brice out at our house by lunch. It was a simple fix that Brice diagnosed within a few minutes. After a $10 part, we had water again. Thanks Brice! We had a serious problem with our pump system from the cistern and were desperate to get water flowing back to the house. Brice and his crew did a great job in coming out twice to walk the site and review our problems with us on site. They installed a new pump, re-piped the pump house and de-bugged the water system once it was online. The plan was comprehensive and value for the money spent.
