I was in a panic mode when I called this company 5.00am in the morning because the company that installed my well will not call me back. Texan Water called me as soon as I woke up in the morning and they sent someone within an hour. Believe it or not, they sent someone within 1 hour people!! That says it all right there. Professionalism at its best! This is the best customer service I have ever received from the tradesman because most of them have an attitude of "you need me, I don't need you". But, Texan Water treat you like you are the last customer in this world they would ever have. They are not good, but excellent!!

The most professional company I have ever experienced over my long life. The owner is very knowledgeable, knows all the ins and outs, checks for everything and does a very thorouh job. My wellwater tank and electrical system was working since 1978 and the wires as you can imagine were almost deteriorated, the storage tank outlasted all expectations, the pipes were replaced, all 360 ft and the pump was tested and found to be barely working. It took them 3 days to work on the project and it looks like I have a new well. It looks much better and the water has excellent power, better than it ever has functioned. Friendly, on time personnel and anyone would be lucky to hire this company.

Brice reached out to us within seconds of our submission around 9pm and was prompt and curtious when addressing our issues. We had been without water for 2 days and he was available to answer our questions and help us understand what the potential problems and solutions may be. He made sure to be at our home early the following day, maintained communication with us until he arrived, and had resolved the problem within minutes. My husband and I are very pleased with the service we received, start to finish, and would highly recommend Texan Water to anyone looking for a well service professional.

Awesome company, the owner is amazing and will answer every question possible. He probably felt like a teacher, with all the what's that for and whys I was asking. I definitely recommend them, and we will use them again for sure.

I had a broken water pipe on my well pressure tank. I called and they came out within hours. I was very happy that they were able to help me so quickly. Very friendly and Helpful. Had the job done in no time. I would highly recommend them to friends.
