Gregg was hired as the general contractor for our remodel. He is fair with his bid pricing, honest, dependable, and punctual. He did some custom work for us, building an awning and under-deck storage, among other things. All turned out well. We will definitely be using him in the future.

Gregg is a nice guy who did really nice tile work for me. I was a bit disappointed at the end when some of the hardware did not come together correctly. I wasn't told about it and had to discover it for myself. Now I have a nicely tiled shower but I also have an issue which I am going to need a plumber to deal with I guess. Nothing major. Just annoying.

Gregg rated A+ in every area. His craftsmanship is excellent, he is dependable, fair with his pricing, he has a great attitude and he complete the job earlier than scheduled. I was not present the entire time he worked on the job but he did an excellent job. Gregg always answered all my questions and worked with me to keep the job within my budget. I would recommend him to do any job he agrees to do for you.

It was such a pleasure to work with Gregg! We were out of town and it was so wonderful to be able to depend on Moran Construction to get things done. I got updates and pictures on what was being done on a timely basis. To be honest, I believe they were a "God-Send" for us because they looked out for us. Always honest and professional. In fact, we are going to use Moran Construction again for other projects we have. We are very pleased in the work and customer service.

Greg is dependable, honest, gave us a really great price. He has done not just "handyman" work but extensive building efforts. He has rebuilt an entire storage building, a boat house, and rebuilt a long Outdoor stairway. he has repaired some electrical and plumbing issues. Greg is very detail oriented, which is a great trait for a builder. We will hire him for all future jobs we need help with!
