from my tenant: "First, I want to say that I was very impressed with Jackson Electric, Inc. They handled this job very professionally. The gal that does the scheduling was very informative as I wanted to confirm what they had been hired to do and what was authorized. I did not want any miscommunication since I was forfeiting a half a day's salary to be there. She also told me that the arrival time had been pushed forward an hour to 1:00 to as they determined that the prior job was going to require more time. And, if they needed additional time there, they would notify me of such. The tech called me at 12:30 informing me he was on his way and he arrived promptly at 1:00. Fantastic!! First, the tech looked at the breaker box outside by the deck that is located by the electric meters. He was able to determine that that was the ONLY breaker box as it had ALL the switches for everything. I'm glad that was determined. It was driving us crazy. Second, tech's next step was to try and locate the GFI switch. Again, this is commonly INSIDE a property and usually in the front part of a garage. Not there. So, now the tracing begins. The tech then had to access the attic to locate the wiring to begin his tracing. It was confirmed that there were GFI's outlets in either bathroom or kitchen. It is a simple process and I know that a GFI box is fairly inexpensive. After 1.75 hours of this process, the tech's finally traced the GFI reset box to the front porch"

Very professional and knowledgeable. Our house was struck by lightning and needed their expertise in evaluating our electrical systems to ensure they were safe and functional. They were thorough and efficient. Highly recommend.
