+ -1 moreBob Fallis, the owner of House Plans, Etc is extremely talented and terrific to deal with. He has high integrity and his word is his bond. He has had a sense of urgency in creating the plans for the spec house so we can get the necessary approvals to begin construction! Bob created a magnificent house based on the input the very talented interior decorator, Sue Burgess and I gave him. He added much value to the process due to his extensive background in this field. This has been a team effort and Bob has been integral to the process. I would highly recommend him and House Plans, Etc for any building or remodeling needs.

+ -1 moreBob was great. He was once a builder which was a huge help. We worked with 2 architects who were coming up with ideas that were simply unrealistic. Who needs 16 ft ceilings in their master bath? Bob was able to take our crazy plans and turn them into something that made sense and that we could actually afford to build.

He was very knowledgable about home construction practices and had some great ideas that I would not have thought on my own. The end product was plans that we will be able to give a contractor to acquire a bid and/or do the work.

The lot we built on is sloped and he knew exactly what was needed to make everything fit the lot and we didnt have any issues at all. Very knowledeable and great to work with, as well as fairly priced compared to other home designers we checked with in the area. He even gave us a recommendation for a really good home builder who we ended up using to build our home.

I really appreciated how he took care to design the very unique house that was my vision. The photo was shot from my neighbor above me from her deck.

We have used Homes Plans, Etc. on several occasions and they've always come through for us. As a builder, that's what we are, builders, not designers. Home plans, has years of experience in all facets of construction and remodeling, so they can see inside and know expectations and they have great foresight to know what to expect along the way. A good designer and good subcontractors are invaluable keys to the success of any construction project. Bob makes it very easy for us the way we can send our clients right to him and out of the comfort of his own home, can truly focus on the necessary details that it to get to a finished product. Description of Work: As an individual and a builder, we have used House Plans, Etc. for over 17 years to help ourselves and our clients turn home visions into reality with accurate floor plans. House Plans, Etc. provides floor plans that include elevations, electrical, and slab details, as well as site plans. As a builder we are pleased that Bob also provides PDF versions of the plans as they are developed and finalized as some of our subcontractors use the PDF version for bidding purposes.
