Very fast and professional. Did everying on our list in an hour. Knew exactly what they were doing. Highly recommend.

They identified and fixed all the problems (In my opinion - they went above and beyond what they were actually required to do). Overall, it went very well. While they were about a hour later than originally scheduled, once they arrived, Corey and Tyler jumped right into my list of to-dos. They were working hard the entire time, which made me feel comfortable about taking the per hour rate. Based on how efficiently they were working, I added on another project. They tapped off of one of my lower level outdoor circuits, ran wiring up the wall through a 2nd level deck, and dropped in an outlet on the second level. For all of this work, it came out to about 5 hours of labor plus cost of materials. I was very pleased and will use them again for a couple of future projects I am planning.

All work was done in a timely and professional manner. Price was fair. I will use Fusion next time I need an electrician.

Most of the work was of good quality. One heater was wired incorrectly, a track light was installed incorrectly and a junction box was cut too large. One of the heater/fans did not work but they did correct this. When I called them back for additional work I was told that now a trip charge would be added at their hourly rate of 120/hr?! No thanks, I'd love to get paid to drive to work. I'll find another service who will not charge ridiculous fees a a leisurely drive. This is not downtown Houston or Austin. Full disclosure he said he bid the job too low but charging extra fees for what would have been a long term customer is not the way to retain business.

The owner was extremely helpful and had me email a picture of a missing electrical panel. By looking at the picture, he ordered the correct part. The men who came were quick, efficient, friendly, helpful, and they studied the inspector's report to be sure they had covered everything that was included in the report. This company has built my trust in its work, and I will be using them again if I need them.

Called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to respond the same day. Cut through extension cord working outside and couldn't reset the circuit. Serviceman found the circuit and reset. Garage exterior lights also were not working. Lights controlled by 3 way switch. Wiring had been also incorrectly connected to photocell that had malfunctioned. Serviceman bypassed photocell. Serviceman and helper were professional, efficient and courteous. Would definitely use again.

The light installation was handled carefully and perfectly to our satisfaction. The two gentlemen were great guys...very down to earth and helpful. They listened to our thoughts on placement of the light fixture and worked patiently to insure that the end result met with our vision. Thank you Fusion Electric!!

They wee professional and fixed the problem. They also like dogs which is a plus. And they came out on a Sunday near dinner time which is hard to find. Very responsive, and the owner answered when I called - no leaving a message and hoping for a call back. We now have water again, which is wonderful.

It went absolutely great!!! These guys are professionals. We'd had other electricians out for this issue in the past and at best all they could do was stay all afternoon and then say "We're not sure what the problem is." Fusion electric came in, looked at the problem and within 15 minutes had the issue completely rectified. OUTSTANDING

Adam and Dillon from Fusion Electric were two of the kindest, most genuine, professional, and helpful people I've ever met. They were patient with our questions and made what they were doing make sense. They handled extra issues we were having with our washer and dryer without hesitation. We will definitely use Fusion Electric from now on and are grateful to have found people and a company we can truly trust.

They came out on an after hours service call and fixed the problem that had half of my home shut down. Reasonably priced, polite, very professional, and fixed the problem without the usual run around and complaining I get from contractors. I can't recommend them highly enough. There are not enough stars on this page for me to give the review I would like to give. They are great! It was an overall fantastic experience and most importantly, my wife felt comfortAble with them. That helps me double!

I made a shabby chic rag chandelier that I wanted to turn into a light fixture. I gave him full reins with it and he executed it seamlessly and very quickly. It's beautiful!! I have had fusion electric do work for me multiple times through the years on my home and creative lighting projects and every time I'm impressed with the knowledge and quickness they provide.
