At the time of our HVAC system beginning to give problems, Mr. Clarkson came for a home visit to inspect our heating and cooling system; then, he sat with me and discussed the options and related costs. After a considerable amount of time, I decided upon a course of action and before leaving I was given a complete cost breakdown and a date for installing a new American Standard HVAC system in the house. On the established date and at the specified time, the installation crew arrive on the site. Before the day had finished, the complete new system was installed, all of the old system hauled away and everywhere work had taken place was cleaned and put in order. Workers were courteous, knowledgeable and did the work with professionalism. Michael was the team leader and he did an outstanding job in all aspects. Before leaving, he told that I would get a call from Mr. Clarkson in order that Mr. Clarkson might return to our home to see the work done and to assure that we were satisfied with the job. This visit will take place in the near future.

This happened in the dead heat of summer when everybody was just begging. It was 150 degrees outside. I knew they were extremely booked up. They told me originally that I would have to wait possibly 2 to 3 days, and I completely understood them. When they actually ended up getting the guy to me that day, I was extremely thankful. They were there for me in my dire need. The only thing that I felt at that time, however, was that this was going to cost me. Any time I deal with service providers, I am always kind of wary, especially the first time, because I don?t know if I am going to get scammed. The person told me that he was going to see if he could make this work; he told me that if he could, then he would save me a lot of money, and if he could not, it would cost me about $1500 to replace it. When I got the invoice of about $100, I was ecstatic; by no means had he overcharged me. He had saved me several thousand dollars. He got it fixed for the rest of the summer, and it is currently still working. They have serviced my home twice, and both my invoices were in the hundreds. They have responded extremely fast. The pricing has been good. The gentleman that comes to my house and services the system is good too. In terms of heating and air conditioning, as far as I am concerned, I?ve never dealt with a better company. They are the kind of people that I would like to do business with. I am a service provider myself and own a locksmith company. I run my company like that. I am the president of the Texas Locksmith Association, and we constantly fight scammers. They have allayed my fears. One just doesn?t find people like that. I have become quite attached to them because of their responsiveness and pricing. I would continue to use them in the future.

They did such a great job that I decided to sign a service contract with them to have them out twice a year.
