CMS Handyman service works on a time and material basis. Our current hourly rates are as follows: $93.00/man-hour (1-hour minimum two man crew) plus $1.00/mile. The customer indemnifies Charles Moody/CMS Home Improvement & his associates from any & all claims arising from the use of this service. Charles re constructed all of the electrical on my 30â gooseneck. I called him and he picked it up the following morning and returned it within 24 hours. All work was extremely clean and tidy. I would highly recommend!

We hired Charles to put an addition on our house after careful consideration. Charles was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. From drawing up plans to walking us through the project weekly keeping us apprised to what was happening and when. The quality of work is without question the best we have ever seen, and we have built several homes. We will be building a new home next year and will definitely be contracting with Charles and his team! Charles is an absolute must hire!

Finding a group willing to do "Honey Do" items along with small projects is not easy. Most only want larger jobs. I was pleasantly surprised (make that thrilled) that they : Promptly returned my call. Understood the nature of my list, arrived promptly, did not waste a minute, worked independently but asked pertinent questions, communicated with me and with one another respectfully and came equipped for any eventuality. At my age I've worked with contractors a lot and this company is among the best. I will be using them again!!

Charles Moody Service was quick to respond flexible with the date of work that needed to be completed. They said they would have a tech at our home by 0930 and he was here early. Very punctual company. When we paid the system sent two and we received our over payment the same day. Great company I would highly suggest them to anyone!
