Alpha Glass contacted me right away, gave me a quote, came by, and took measurements. Said it would take a week to a week and a half. After two weeks I contacted them and they said there was a delay but could not tell me how much longer. They said they would check on it and let me know. Four days later, I have heard nothing. I have called and sent texts to request a status update, but no response to my text and no one answers the phone. I went searching for another company on my own.

Replaced a double plane window that had a broken seal. Quality, timeliness, price/value and customer service were great! I'll use them again if the need arises.

They replaced a dozen windows that had lost their seals at various times over the years ranging from modest sized double-hung to very large fixed picture windows. They bid a fair price, and they cam in and did the work expeditiously. They were respectful, professional, and genuinely enthused about the whole project and were generally great to work with.

Do not hesitate to use Alpha Glass. I m a commercial builder and I hired them for my personal home in The Estates of Barton Creek. It was a great experience and they have my strongest endorsement. The finished installation exceeded my expectations. (And that s a high bar to exceed).
