AAA A BETTER BUILT FENCE

This is a custom Douglas Spruce Log Home designed by ourselves and Peco Log Homes. I am very unhappy with the time Mr. Dean spent on site supervising this project. It is my opinion that Mr. Grant Dean only showed up to pick up a draw. Errors in construction were brought to Mr. Dean's attention by us the homeowner. Friends and family members visiting the site noticed errors and explained the potential for disaster. We are happy with the subcontractors used on this job. That is not the problem. The problem is getting Mr. Grant Dean to finish the project. One year later, we still do not have our gutters completed or the slide glass doors framed. Poor workmanship was performed by his framers on the dog run log siding. We had to wait until our windows were in to finish the log siding. When they were in, it took several months to get the framers to come back. When they did, they just slapped up the log siding with big gaps left. No lag bolts were used on all the log siding. Now we would like our gutters finished up. Cactus Construction was paid in full by us, the homeowner. Texting, emailing and phone calling doesn't get anything resolved. I am hoping Angie's list can help.
