Outdoor Accents

The bottlebrush tree was planted with the roots left out. When we noticed a day later due to mulch hiding them we called Nat to get him to come back and replant it. They came a week later and by the time they replanted the tree, it was in bad shape but they still left it and it died a couple of days later. We asked him to come by and when he did he didn't knock on our door, he just went in the back yard and ripped the tree out of the ground and stormed off. We could not get him to answer us and finally when he did he said he would replace it. Well that will be a year ago in March so it appears that was a lie. This guy does not keep his word. We understand that things can go wrong but all he had to do was replace the tree or reimburse us for it.
