I have used Honesty for several home renovations & repairs including hardwood floors (sanding & staining; carpet removal; etc.), replacing doors (i.e., swapped out a double door with one-side dummy to actual double doors that open), and repairing a busted pipe after winter freeze. Quality work each time. What I appreciate the most is when the owner Greg does pre- and post- walk thru's. In the initial assessment he shares what is/is not needed. On the post inspection, he is very keen on ensuring every detail was performed to his high expectations.

We went this company based on the initial meeting and the results Greg said he could accomplish and the reviews provided by previous customers. Our experience was not great. In fact, it was HORRIBLE!! Greg is so unprofessional and is does not follow up in a timely manner. Work always had to be redone after we would call out the OBVIOUS errors/mistakes with the naked eye. Contractors never showed up on time (I am talking about hours late) sometimes they didn't show at all on that day. Greg made an already stressful situation worst. He only showed up to the project site when it was time to collect payment. I would not recommend this company.

I was initially impressed with the quick response from my call, we met within a couple hours for the estimate. Greg was very professional and went over step by step what I needed to complete the job and the cost. They started the job early the next day and it was completed as scheduled. I would highly recommend Honesty for their efficiency and the excellent quality of the work they provided.
