DESTINY AIR

Dec 11- request for service on downstairs AC through our home warrenty Dec 12- appointment made Dec 14- Destiny Air cancelled appt due to truck issues, rescheduled to 12/16, first appt (9-12) Dec 16- Destiny Air did not show between 9-12, and after calling them multiple times they showed up at 5:45PM. Tech was able to rig AC to work temporarily until new part came in Dec 17- we realized that after the tech left, now the upstairs AC and downstairs heat didn't work Dec 18- contacted both Destiny Air about new issues Dec 20- Our home warrenty reached out to Destiny Air, had not received report about their visit Dec 22- Home warrenty authorized repair Dec 27- I called Destiny Air for status update on repair, was told that the part would be in on Dec 29-30. I asked if that meant they would be out the following week to install, and was assured that they would be out by 12/30 at the latest Dec 30- I called Destiny Air repeatedly, no answer or response Dec 31- Spoke with home warrenty about our issues, they authorized the purchase of a space heater for our baby's room since no one could get ahold of Destiny Air. Assured us that Destiny Air would contact us by 1/2 Jan 2- Destiny Air made appointment for install for 1/5, first appt between 9 and 12. Jan 5- Destiny Air did not show up DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!

Took 3 time coming to the house to figure out the problem with the A/C, with ending up having to replace the unit in the attic. Tracked mud into the house all three times. Recently had a a problem with the unit installed by them less than 2 years ago. Tried to get in contact with them left several messages and never responded back.
