I wouldnâ t have put one star but the form requires it before it will post the report. I had a horrible experience. Iâ m 70 years old and I had him do work on two doors. He made the front door so tight that once it is closed and locked my wife canâ t open the door from the outside when unlocked bc the throw is stuck. I asked him to move the throw closer like he did on my other door and he refused. I asked for him to fix it and he argued with me and said that it was â okâ . I asked for refund and he drove off. Iâ d paid in cash so Iâ m out of luck.

He came on 10/9/23because doors would not lock. He didnâ t adjust the doors at all-laundry room door and door inside of garage. He just trimmed a bigger opening, instead of adjusting the doors. I called him on 11/9/23 and told him that the laundry room door was not locking again. He had an attitude and told me his work was guaranteed for 30 days and it was way pass 30 days. However, the work was done on the 9th of October and I call ed him on November 9, within 30days. I paid him with a check for $100 on October 9, 2023 He text me that he would come out again for $50.. I donâ t like wasting my money. He should have physically adjusted the door in the beginning. He left a messy job wood shavings on the floor. I never want him back at the property again. He doesnâ t honor or guarantee his work. I was in the 30â day window. Donâ t hire him!!

They were very messy. Left trash everywhere. Had spackle all over my house Did not clean up anything. Did not want them to finish the job had to hire someone else to fix what they did and then harassed me for the rest of the payment which I refused to pay, he threatened to file a claim and would not leave my property. Had to threaten to call the cops to get him to leave.

Ronnie was very reasonable and his work was top quality. I have shared his card with my realtor for future work.

Ronnie was very professional. He was prompt, notifying me of his schedule ahead of time. If there was a problem, he would always discuss options and tried to find a solution beneficial to me. His crew was courteous and focused. For the most part, they cleaned up after working.

Ronnie was great to work with! Very reliable. He told me exactly when he would get the work done and showed up on time. I was not at the property while he was working, so he sent before and after pictures and updated me along the way. I even added a last minute job and he was able to take care of it no problem. I’ll definitely use him again!

Ronnie Pedroso is the owner. Very unreliable and work quality extremely substandard. He will never return to fix a problem if a complaint is made. In the last project, he charged me $850 to fix a leaking roof. The roof leaks exactly as before he worked done on it. When he did the fence work the latch does not work, so the fence door will not close. Called him 15 times makes promises but does not keep an appointment. He left all the old wood fence on my property when he promised to take away from my property. Three months have passed has not shown up to now. MY SINCERE ADVICE DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY FROM BRUNOS HOME IMPROVEMENT.

Ronnie with Bruno s Home Improvement was prompt to respond to my inquiry. We set up an appointment at my earliest convenience. He showed up on time, was professional and polite. His estimate was very competitive. He was able to do the work the following week. I am very pleased with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend him to friends, family, and others.

Do not use this company! If you want quality work, use another company. If you don?t care about quality work and want a cheap price, then Ronnie is your guy. He will cut every corner to save a dime and his clean up is horrible. I had to remind him several time to clean up the same 5 areas and he never got it cleaned up. He replaced a tile on my floor and used brown grout instead of Grey because that is all he had, he said. Three times he said they were done and I showed him where spots on the wall didn?t have enough paint and white was showing through. Even after he left, there are still several white spots showing through. His texture work is so bad he had to redo his work 3 times and still couldn?t get the texture to match. Not even close! But that was the best he could do, he said. If he couldn?t do texture, then he should have said something. Not one word and it?s obvious he can?t do texture. There is texture plattered all over walls that he didn?t even do texture on. Did I mention how bad his texture work is? He stained my front door and stained over my door handle and brand new digital lock. They tape up nothing. I called him 1 hour after he left to come back (after I paid him of course) and clean the several messes he never cleaned and repaint drops of brown paint on the blue walls and drops of white paint on the blue walls. He said he could come back next week to clean everything up but it wouldn?t be today. How inconvenient for me the customer because now I will have to take off YET another day of work to accommodate him. Not happening! It took him 3, half days and one full day to get this small job done. Which I had to take off work every time he was here. The cheap price Ronnie gave me was surprising at first, but now I realize why he has to charge such a cheaper price. He doesn?t pay any attention to details. And his work is not even close to good. This is the kind of work you get when living in a cheap apartment and I live in a $250,000 House. So you can understand why I am so furious. By the way, my quote went from $300 to $1100 by time Ronnie was done. I feel like he low balls the work and then says he doesn?t know the exact dollar until he gets into the job. But it shouldn?t be no more than $700. Don?t fall for that line. He asked for $200 the first 2, half days he worked, which I gave him. And I agreed to the increases in the price, but I expected the job to be done right and good. I feel like Ronnie owes me $500 of my money back because I will have to hire another contractor to come and fix his mess. By the way I bought all the supplies too! THANK HOME ADVISOR.COM

Ronnie was very reliable and completed my work in a very timely manner. The most important thing about him is his trustworthiness. As a single woman with 3 adolescent children, I felt very safe with him in my home. He spoke of his family; he has 2 teen daughters of his own and his wife is a pediatric nurse. He had very fair prices. He is not a typical "contractor type", who may often price gouge. I will hire him for jobs in the future.

Ronnie was on time and very polite. He did very good work. I liked him, he was very personable. Also, he cleaned up before he left.
