+ 0 morePhilip was a pleasure to work with. I am a former licensed Michigan Residential Builder, and my wife has a Master's Degree in Historic Preservation. Needless to say, we had our own ideas and opinions as to what we wanted done, and how we wanted our project to be executed. However, we did not feel we had the time, patience or local connections to oversee urgently needed work in our recently purchased home. Philip was responsive to our needs, diligent, friendly and professional throughout. He was often on site, and personally did all the carpentry work. If we had a question or problem come up involving the other trades, Philip promptly resolved the issue to our satisfaction.
Description of Work: General Contractor services overseeing Electrical and Plumbing trades in partial rehab of historically significant 1920"s home. Recommendation of HVAC contractor and coordination of HVAC install with all other trades, Construction and finish of mechanical closet to meet HVAC contractor specs. Rough in carpentry for future powder room 1/2 bath. Carpentry to provide structural reinforcement to original roof framing.

Description of Work: They repaired a leak from a laundry room he also repaired what another contractor did. He also replaced the wood and caulked, primed and painted.
