Adam is great. He showed up on time and even texted me to give me a few minutes heads up prior to arrival. Performed the service very quickly. He's a great technician and a really nice person. Highly recommend.

We had a power outage and I became stuck in my garage because the door was too heavy for me to lift. Adam at Garage Medic called me back within five minutes and arranged for a technician to come out within the hour. I was shown how to open the door (after the power had come back on) and was provided with a needed service (adjusting the spring and lubricating the rollers, etc.) I definitely will use this company again.

The repair man notified me early that he was going to run later than expected. He showed up at the time he communicated. He let me know that the only problem he saw was that the rollers were running close to the edge of the frame and recommended adjusting them so the door wouldn't fall off. He performed the correction as well as a couple other maintenance adjustments in a matter of minutes.

I would no hesitate to recommend these guys, They had the best price for my door replacement, were punctual and did a good job.

The spring on our garage door broke on New Year's Eve. I submitted an e-mail request to The Garage Medic this morning and they promptly responded. They quoted me a maximum price and were available to replace the springs later today. The technician called me about an hour prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He determined what parts were needed and provided me with a final cost estimate. He completed the repairs very quickly. Once the repairs were complete he demonstrated that the door worked properly. The final price was less than the maximum price that was quoted over the phone. This is the second time we have used The Garage Medic. They installed a garage door opener on our previous home and repaired the springs on the garage door on this home. Both times they promptly responded to my inquiry, were able to perform the services quickly and did a great job. I would definately use The Garage Medic again!

They came right out and did what they said they were going to do. They were the cheapest of the vendors I called and did the most. I will use them again in the future.

I contacted Adam after seeing his and several other company's and individual's ads on another famous online list, prior to becoming an Angie's List member. I asked him and a couple of others about insulated doors, because I realized that I would qualify for a 30% tax credit on certain insulated doors which will make the net price lower than non-insulated or less-insulated doors, plus I would like to keep my garage cooler in summer. The first couple of companies tried to push their non-insulated "specials", or push the same specials with low-quality add-on insulation. Adam recognized my interests more and offered me some options for CHI insulated doors, and was flexible about scheduling on a Saturday due to my working hours. Many competing companies can offer the same brand of doors or comparable style and quality of doors at similar prices, but I would recommend The Garage Medic to others for the quality of installation. The installer, Ray, worked steadily and was focused on the job at hand, but did not rush. He appeared very particular about getting everything adjusted perfectly. He gave me good advice about preventing damage to my doors and selecting compatible remotes. Even though he was out working in a hot garage and there was no place to cool down on a break since my house doesn't yet have A/C, he did not complain about the working conditions. He packed up all of the old door parts and generally left the area clean, except there is a neat clean pile of the new door's packing material for me to discard. I rated the price a B because I found the installed prices Adam offered me on polystyrene doors slightly higher than installed prices offered through my local warehouse club on comparable product; the warehouse club didn't offer polyurethane insulated doors. I don't think I got a super duper deal, but it was in line with my expectations. I'm satisfied I got my money's worth from The Garage Medic with a combination of fair price and high quality of installation, and Uncle Sam is going to give me a deal on these doors when I file my income taxes anyhow.
