I had a family member accidentally back over a neighbor's "sprinkler box" cover that hide's the emergency drain for their sewer (I think that's what it was), which needed to be replaced...I've used Tommy several times now and am comfortable enough to just send him a text and have him stop by while I'm a work, then call me with the total afterward. As usual, always a high quality, convenient, friendly job. I use no one else for similar services, including all irrigation and sprinkler issues.

Tommy was extremely knowledgable and friendly...I had a laundry list of concerns and he addressed all of them. He arrived promptly and took care of everything within several hours. He also went out of his way to identify some potential problem areas where certain areas of my foundation weren't receiving adequate irrigation, and explained how to properly calibrate my sprinkler station settings during different periods of the year. Lastly, he also presented me with several easy fixes that saved me several hundred dollars. Of course, he offered to do the work as well but told me what needed to be done (and was actually accomplishable by a novice like myself) should I choose to try. I have never had anyone take the time and effort to help me he way he did. It is obvious he has a passion for his work. I highly recommend.

Tommy came out as scheduled to work on sprinkler zone that was not working. He quickly discovered that the problem was a cut wire under the ground and repaired it. Also changed a few sprinkler heads and set automatic time for me. Tommy was very professional and efficient and willing to answer any questions I had. Did a great job and will use again the next time a problem occurs with my system.

Used Angie's List to find someone to repair sprinkler head. Called Sanders Sprinklers, Tommy came and not only fixed problem. He did all over system test and fixed two other sprinklers head in need of repair. He helped me program the controller for the season. I highly recommend Sanders Sprinklers.

Tommy arrived punctually and repaired a broken sprinkler head, then fully tested the entire system. He made a recommendation to relocate two sprinkler heads for improved water displacement which he subsequently performed. Tommy is outstanding, quick, and only recommends needed repairs/improvements at a great price compared to the big firms.

Over the past several years I have researched many sprinkler companies but never found one I wanted to call. THEN, I joined Angie's List and found Sanders Sprinklers. My research was over! He had great reviews and serviced areas south of I-20, which I understand a lot of them don't. I called, left a message, and Tommy promptly called me back. He came out, walked the front and back yards, noting the placement of my trees and flowerbed needs. I've never had a sprinkler system before. He thoroughly explained all my options, price ranges, differences in sprinkler heads, what brand of equipment he used, gave me his recommendations - but never pressured me on what I should choose. He answered all of my questions (and I had a LOT of them!). He was very patient, professional, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Tommy and his business ethics. When he finished the job, he gave me a drawing of the property showing the location of all the valves, sprinkler heads, and zones. I have absolutely no qualms about recommending Sanders Sprinklers to my family, friends, or anyone who wants quality work done by a quality company. Oh, and six weeks later, my grass looks great!...even the back yard that I never thought could look very good is now flourishing. Tommy, if you read this, I wish you and your business well!! Date of work was approximately 2 weeks out from the estimate date. Owner (Tommy Sanders) and 2 workers arrived on time - whole process took about 8 hours. After all work was complete, Tommy walked me through the 7 zones, explained what was done and made adjustments that i asked for. Because I wanted numerous adjustments and changes to the originally installed system, some of our oral agreement got lost in memory - but the owner honored the agreement based on my recollection rather than his own which I appreciate and found exceptionally professional. It was against my better judgement in the first place to not having the work committed to paper and would make sure it is done next time, but I lucked out with Sanders Sprinklers since Tommy gave me absolutely no flack about our memory discrepancies. Overall a very satisfactory experience with this company.

Something underground sprung a major leak and water was pouring down the street from my yard. Fortunately, it stopped after shutting off the water to my sprinkler system. I called Sanders Sprinklers and spoke to Tommy. He scheduled our appointment for right after the busy Memorial Day weekend. He and his crew arrived right on time, quickly located and repaired the problem. An elbow joint in the underground line had come loose. He replaced the joint and glued it in securely. He didn't charge me for the repair, instead including it in the price of his call fee and system diagnostic. While testing all my sprinkler heads, he found two that were damaged and told me about them. I had him replace them. I felt that the price was excellent and he did a super job, so I asked about replacing my old control panel, which has been acting wonky for the past few summers. We made an appointment for the end of the week to get that done. Tommy came back, replaced the control panel and surge protector, walked me through programming and operating, and answered all my questions. There were never any hidden costs or up-sells; everything was as discussed prior to the job. Sanders Sprinklers was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and all-around a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to all my neighbors.

Tommy called me first thing this morning and we put together a time later in the afternoon that worked for both of us; he and his crew arrived and explained what they would do - dig up around the backflow and check to see where the leak was; they knocked that out in no time, and fortunately it appeared to be a simple fix; they made the repair, checked the system operation and heads, and set the cycle for proper summer operation. Nice work, and thank you very much!

The job was much bigger than anticipated. Tommy arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. as our appointment was scheduled for and began checking the sprinkler system. He explained the complete needs of my sprinkler system to get it operating well after his inspection. All work was completed and I was kept informed of the progress being made on the system and the cost before any work was performed. When all work was complete, a full overview was given to me and any holes that were dug in my yard were covered with the original dirt and grass to minimize the repair work. I was very pleased with the work and service. I will use Sanders Sprinklers for any future sprinkler work that I need.

Great experience and would highly recommend. Our dogs, German Shepherd and Pit mix, chewed on some sprinkler heads, removed some valve covers and pulled the wiring out. Tommy arrived on time, reviewed the system and issues, and explained what needed to be done. The entire job lasted about 3.5 hours and I was pleasantly surprised by the end cost as I had expected it to be higher. Very professional and trustworthy company with reasonable rates. You can't go wrong using Sanders Sprinklers; highly recommended.

Tommy is a true pro. He provided me with several options and I still can't believe how quickly he made our repairs. His prices were very fair and we will gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

They also took all the valve caps for my sprinkler and moved them to grass level. Tommy and his guys did a great job in very cold temperatures. He always kept me abreast of what they were doing. He also recommended some changes to my system based on questions from me and will have him back out here in the Spring to make those changes.

He was unable to obtain the parts from the local parts warehouses, which were closed due to the ice, but he called me every step of the way as he tried to get the parts. Since he was unable to get the parts he offered to come to my house and cap off the pipes and restore water to my house. He came by right away and capped it off and explained everything very well, and offered insight into how to prevent this in the future. When I asked him how much I owed him for the visit, he said it wouldn't cost and we could schedule the actual repair and replacement of parts for when it is convenient for me. Very professional, very nice, very knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone needing help with lawn irrigation. I have dealt with other companies that were not pleasant and seemed annoyed to help. Tommy was everything I had hoped the other companies would be.

We will probably use him when it is time to install.

I have to say, this guy is professional and does a quick clean job. I am very pleased. They didn't leave behind any mess. Out where we live the soil is just horrible and the mud is almost impossible to clean up. These guys did. I highly recommend them.

After being turned down by many irrigation companies because I live south of I-20, I called Mr. Sanders who was eager to have my business. Mr. Sanders lives in Mansfield and is actively developing his business in communities in the south side of the Metroplex. Much appreciated! Mr. Sanders dropped by my home the same day I called. He ran all sprinkler stations, then gave me his recommendation and cost estimate. We scheduled the work to be done a few days later. Mr. Sanders and his crew showed up a little early for the scheduled appointment and completed the work quickly. His final bill matched his estimate exactly. A couple weeks later, one of the older sprinkler heads was spraying the street. I called and asked him if he could come adjust it and also help me with a sprinkler head that had been hit with the mower. He and his crew came during their lunch break from another job, adjusted the head, and replaced the riser I had broken with no cost to me. Mr. Sanders was easy to talk to, understood what I wanted done, completed the work in a timely manner, and provided outstanding service. I give him my highest possible recommendation.

I went to Angies List looking for a local company to perform repairs on my Sprinkler System. I found Sanders and called him. I explained what I was looking for and he said he was finishing up a job in the area and would come over. He arrived about an hour later and gave me an estimate. I hired him on the spot and he completed the job right then and there. He explained everything he did and why. Went through the operation of the new Control Box and showed me the wider spray on the heads. Could not be happier with his work.
