The job went very well. Michael communicated with us at every step. His team worked quickly to replace and install new system both inside and outside. He provided me options and was not pushing one brand or system over another. He took the time to explain the differences between the various systems available and we selected a Raheem heat pump. The system is paying for itself now with most elective bills between $100 -$200 a month and summer bills no more than $250. I highly recommend his service.

The units were installed with no issues in the installation or the units themselves. Due to the size of the air-handling unit a section of ceiling joist had to be cut out, before this was done Michael explained in detail as to what needed to be done. Once the AC system was installed he reviewed with me all that was done and answered any questions I had. Another thing that impressed me was the free 6 month (first 6 months only) checkup and filter change. As an added note my son would get multiple colds in the past years and they were bad enough that antibiotics were needed to clear them up. I had the system installed 10 months ago and since then my son had one minor cold that cleared up with OTC medicine, I credit this to the UV light that I had added to the system.

We can't recommend Ross Mechanical highly enough. Micheal has serviced our AC and Heating unit several times and we were always very pleased. However one Saturday evening right at dinner time, water started pouring through the ceiling. The AC unit had not been properly braced by the company who performed the install. Michael was at our home within 15 minutes of the call and worked until after midnight to straighten and properly brace the unit. This is an amazing young man who is honest and reliable.

Ross Air was very professional. He replaced the fan and motor unit three times because the replacement units were duds!!!! He has to drive all over the metroplex for my parts and still managed to get the work done the same day! It's rare to have someone really go the extra mile to do a great job! We will use him again!!!
