Thankfully most of us will never need biohazard cleanup. For those of us who find ourselves facing that challenge, PuroClean Property Restoration is the perfect answer. Starting with the initial phone call, Chris made me feel comfortable. The professionalism, care, and expertise showed through. Chris and Seth arrived quickly and both were kind and empathetic, setting about their work, restoring not just my home but my peace of mind as well. They followed up afterward, too, as promised. Truly a quality company I can recommend without hesitation.

Wasn't able to even call my Insurance Agent until late afternoon, and the Puro Clean folks were there at my house 3 hours later diagnosing the extent of the damage, setting up their equipment, and starting to take care of the problem before it got any worse. They were awesome. They followed up the next day, and again two days later, and one last time when they came to take their equipment back as their portion of the job was complete. I highly recommend them,

I called two companies first company wanted $800.00 to come out and a**** the damage. Puro-clean came out the same day no obligation, and provided a written estimate the next day. Chris would not take any Monies until the Job was complete and to my satisfaction. After Completion of the Job Chris could have charged me the price on the original estimate and I would have been glad to pay it, but since the job took a little less than the original estimate he reduced the original estimate by $120 What Company does that Cheers to Chris for being so honest. By the way don't worry about 2 to 4 hr windows he gives you a time he will arrive and is there within 15 to 20 min. Before Chris provided the estimate he went over exactly what he would do and how it would be done, He also coordinated with another Company to provide his service the same day, and was here within Minitues of the other company completing their task ( removing cabinets).

Perfect, professional, friendly, courteous, job well done, and any other words that mean "you have to choose this company!"

Puro Clean was the easiest way to get all the water that overflowed from our washing machine out our kitchen and carpet! They were fast, on time and very knowledgeable. They gave me the best per friendly products and service to avoid any smells. Chris truly helped this mess become painless and ready for our house warming party the next day! I will highly recommend him!

Called PuroClean this morning after having sewage overflow out of the toilet due to tree roots clogging up the outer plumbing. The nasty water flowed out of the bathroom and into the hallway with engineered hardwood. We had used towels, mopped and ran fans all night to try and hold off the damage. When they arrived they tested all the floors, wallboard, cabinets and baseboards for moisture content in the areas where the water went. Because the floors weren't showing signs of being ruined, they were able to attach floor mats to the wood floor to suck out the excess water still under and between the boards. They sprayed a hospital strength botanical disinfectant in an area where my elderly mother's room connects. This is safe for her and strong enough to kill any bacteria in her area. After pulling up the excess water from the hallway, they sprayed the tile in the bathroom and the wood floors with an enzyme spray to kill off any surface germs. Overall, the experience was so much easier and less expensive than I imagined! We feared we would have to replace the floors and have fans running for days to dry everything out. Chris was great to explain everything they were doing as they did it and answered all of my questions. Although we all hope to never have to use this service, I would highly recommend PuroClean for any water damage and will use them in the future if needed.

He and his crew had us back up and operating in less than six hours. They responded quickly and deployed their machines in a way that did not hinder our customers from working out. They also worked around our schedule by coming in at night, off-hours, to monitor the drying of the facility. Chris was so helpful we even had a client come to him for help on a machine. Chris brought the client to us and we helped them with their needs. PuroClean?s attention to detail and their level of Customer Service should be an example for their industry.
