They charge me 55/week which is crazy awesome and they do an amazing job. First landscaper I've ever used, but I called around and got a lot of quotes. They're great with communication, punctuality, and payments are a breeze (automatic with credit card, invoice sent every time)

They take care of my lawn and do a good job.

They come out biweekly in the winter and weekly in the spring and summer. They do excellent work.

Terrific! Thank goodness, we've finally found a lawn service that has given us complete satisfaction. We have had three different services over the last five years and honestly, we are not that hard to please, but we should have tried to find someone more responsible and professional a long time ago. The crew showed up on the date they said they would. They were very quick and efficient. The lawn and edging looks perfect. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward. All correspondence with Jeff on the phone and email has been very smooth and prompt. He addressed all of my questions and concerns with starting up service. It has been a great experience so far.

Great. Jeff is a nice guy, and his crew shows up when they're supposed to.

Mr. Pounds was on vacation when I first called, but a couple of days later he returned my call. He was courteous and understood our situation. He even took a look at the problem using Google Earth while we talked. I asked him for an estimate, and he said he didn't do estimates, which confused me. I told him that I only had $300 for this project, and he thought that two men could do it in 3 and a half hours for that price. We agreed to do the project on the Saturday before Labor Day, and he took my credit card number as a hold, although we planned to pay in cash. Two of his men came at 9:00 a.m. and worked until 1:30, an extra hour over what was planned. I called Mr. Pounds at noon and reminded him of our cash limit, and he said they were almost finished, so we could count on the original cost he had quoted. He was as good as his word. The weeds and trees were cut down to the ground, and they left the yard very clean, with just a few leaves to show they had been there. They carried it all off in a trailer, as agreed. We were pleased with the quality of their work. The men worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use their services again.

My first and lasting impression talking to Jeff was a good experience because I could tell he cared and serious about living up to my expectations without fail. This is exactly what his men delivered. Finding Pounds Lawn Service is like finding a valuable jewel. I have had several years of just mediocre until Pounds.
