Description of Work: Steven has done our quarterly pest control for 10 years, and we feel like he is a member of our family now. He makes sure customers are 100% happy, and if there is a problem between visits, he comes back at no extra charge. At one point, he was not able to get rid of squirrels in our attic, and he actually paid for another company to come out and trap them at no extra charge to us. He came back within hours of us calling when we noticed some carpenter ants. He took care of the problem promptly and courteously. He is neat, clean, and a real perfectionist. It is obvious that he loves what he does and wants to make his customers happy and bug free.

+ -1 moreI've been using Stephen King as my exclusive exterminator in all of my rental properties and my own home for more than 10 years. He is absolutely the best I've found and he stands behind his work 100-percent. He'll go back and re-treat as many times as it takes within his 90-day warranty period, and he does so without complaint. His pricing is very reasonable, especially when you consider that he uses only the best, most advanced chemicals.

+ -1 moreMR. KING AND HIS HELPER ARRIVED ON TIME AND TOOK CARE OF THE JOB WITHOUT LEAVING A MESS. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND DID NOT RAISE THE PRICE FROM THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. MR. KING WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS.
