My wife is a facilities Coordinator for an international company and has very high expectations! We have lived in several homes and in the past had a home custom-built. We thought we had an outstanding system when we built that home, until our experience with Minuteman. In the home we purchased four years ago the AC unit was old and eventually wore out, and we had several companies come out and give us quotes. One of the better known names in the DFW Metro-plex quoted us a price on a system that was more than double what Minuteman charged us for an outstanding Lennox heat pump system. Description of Work: Replacing indoor and outdoor faucets, replacing inside and outside valves, pressure test and main line camera service. Also replacing our HVAC units, servicing our rental homes HVAC and cleaning the air ducts of both homes.

Description of Work: We knew we had an A/C system that was on its last leg. We had several companies give us quotes. When the system finally went out we decided to use Minuteman. This has proven to be a very wise decision! TJ's was a two-day job that they finished in 1 1/2 days. We had need for duct work as well. On a scale of 1-10, we'd give them an 11! My wife is a facilities coordinator for an international company, dealing with contractors every day for many years. Her standards are very high, and they exceeded her expectations. Thank you for a job well done!
