Went super well. Mr. Cabal had a whole real estate team available to assist him with servicing our needs, including having recommendations for financing, contracting home repairs, etc.

Our major concern was not him selling our home but making sure he could build a case for the appraiser to justify the offer. Appraisals have been traditionally low in our neighborhood due to the extremely low turnover. Mark was able to justify the value and the closing went as smoothly as expected. The only negative, and it is minor, is we didn't always get progress updates as quickly as we wanted. But we are also sure that much of that was the result of the buyer's agent not moving as quick;ly as we wanted. Overall Mark & his team are top notch and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get maximum value out of their home.

Mark was paid the full 3% $8000.00 to sell our house, but it was an incredibly painful and expensive experience. We Signed with him because he claims he would find the contractors to paint the house and clean the floors and watch over the house since it was empty. We agreed to the additional one and a half percent because he was going to oversee all aspects of the house. We could have gone with our other agent, whom we bought our house from for one and a half percent, but Mark promised he would go above and beyond so we did not have to return to the house. We found the house in terrible condition the door was unlocked, a window was open, open paint cans all over the garage, a green pool and it was filthy. When I brought this to his attention he said he was there 11 days ago. He did not collect the option check from a potential buyer nor did he communicate well with the eventual buyers agent. The list goes on.... Mark over promises and doesn't deliver. The actions of Mark were so bad that we had to file a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission. We brought our concerns and complaints to the lead agent at the Keller Williams office but to no avail

His entire team is top notch. He set us up with Service First Mortgage and Audrey and her team worked in sync with Mark's team to make sure nothing came up last minute. Our neighbors next to us closed "3 weeks behind schedule"!! They didn't have Mark's awesome team!

The house was under contract in 3 days after listing with multiple offers and over 10 showings.

He was very patient with us as we were new to the process and had lots of questions. He was very knowledgeable and responsive for the entire process. I recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.

Mark's work was truly excellent - we had listed our house before but were unable even get an offer. Mark gave us advice on how to price and present the property. I think the excellent presentation on the internet (great photos) made all the difference. Negotiations with the buyers and the actual sale went without a hitch and minimum hassle for us. I would definitely recommend Mark.
