Mansfield Plumbing Company, Inc.

Mansfield Plumbing charges $69 to come do an estimate. They say they can't give estimate on phone because each house is unique. The price they charged however is not individually made. They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again.

The men were very courteous and explained what they would do to fix my outside faucet, they worked fast and knew what to do. I would hire them again.

Travis and his partner were great. They diagnosed my leaking toilet as a bad gasket. Had a different one in the truck and ended up not charging me. I'll definitely use them in the future

Chris was great, very knowledgeable and nice. Turns out it was a super simple fix that didn't even require any parts or tools so he didn't charge us a dime. Another company wanted to do a full replacement totaling over $2500. Great guy, we'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I worked with Travis he installed my new shower fixture.

I was told that to find the leak it would cost me $250 dollars and to repair it would cost up to $645 dollars. It was leaking from the regulator, that took about 30 minutes to find. He spent about 2 hours at my house and it cost me $645 dollars, I thought that was too much.

Jesse was the person who serviced my call. He kept it professional and showed me what was going on and made recomendations for possible future plumbing service.

Came out after hours to fix an outdoor leak. arrived when promised and the job was completed within an hour.

They were available to come earlier than expected so that worked out well for me.They found the leak and gave me a quote,so I decided to let them do the job. I am very pleased and will consider them again for any plumbing needs.

Great company and I’m very greatful they came out to assist us in our time of need.

This job was to fix a leak at the pressure regulator in my front lawn that a fitting had broken. The tech showed up on time and fixed it. He told me that these fittings break all the time at the threaded part. Then 3 days later the fitting that he installed broke again. He came back out and installed different flexible piping that was smaller than the adjacent pipe (saying that was all the material that he had). For what I paid, why did he not fix it properly the first time. I do not like the 90 parts and labor warranty that is offered. I would think that 1 year is what is to be expected.

Todd was prompt and professional. He checked everyplace that involved water seepage before he went into the wall and found a broken drain pipe. He had to go and buy parts and came back later that evening to repair so we could use the sinks. He has guided us through the steps to get water damage repaired. Thanks Todd!

They were great! Scheduling was quick and easy, I was able to get a quote from them over the phone for the work i needed done. They showed up on time and were excellent on communication over the phone as well as in person. Technician was very thorough and insured everything work before leaving.

Very nice technicians. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Service (replace water heater) was extremely quick.) Protected my home with shoe covers and cloths. I will use this company again.
