Christopher and Travis were both very professional and efficient. We purchased the water heater from Home Depot during their Memorial Day sale. Travis said it was not a problem to pick it up from them. They were very careful in removing the old water heater to drain and took great care in putting down tarps so as not to harm our carpet. They also replaced several other parts that were essential for our new water heater to work efficiently. We were very happy with their professional service.Our new water heater is working great. We now get hot water much quicker. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family. They deserve a raise!

Travis called ahead and showed up on time. His estimate to install 2 toilets was very fair. He installed the 2 toilets that we had already purchased. Quality work, cleaned the area up and even hauled away the old toilets and packing from new toilets. Will definitely use the next time we need any plumbing done. Great Job!

I very seldom write a review and if I do it is 99.9% of the time it is never negative. Let me first say that I truly appreciated that Priority Plumbing replaced our water heater in the attic of our house - which was not an easy access or easy place to work - back on January 9th of this year (and on a Saturday). The price was right. The work was done in a timely manner and the water heater works excellent. Why I am rating Priority so low is that in August I was up in my attic and smelt gas. There are only the furnaces and the water heater up there so I checked them all out. What I found was that Priority Plumbing had hooked up the new water heater to the flex-line gas line that was obviously many, many, many years old - if not the original flex-line from the 1993 build and original water heater that Priority replaced that day. As this flex-line was obviously not new, a soapy water spray quickly showed that this line was split about halfway up it length. Being an amateur, even I know the relative short life span of flex-line gas lines and know you replace a obvious old flex-line gas line when you do a repair/replacement. I am most upset that they made the choice to not replace this old, old flex-line for whatever reason and because of the location in our attic of this water heater - basically just above my kid's bedroom. The gas leak out of this old flex-line which is hooked to a new water heater and within feet of two gas furnaces could have been a disaster in the making. I'm am just glad that some small matter took me into the attic when it did or there is a possibility that you would have seen or be reading about my house exploding from a gas leak. And not to be dramatic but as my family - wife, child and I - are in the house normally most of the time, you might have seen that this was more than just a house explosion. I've debated about posting this but as it has been a couple of months after finding this old, old flex-line leaking, I am still shaken to think of what could have happened because the "Professional" plumber decided that a new $19 flex-line gas line was too much to spend. By doing so they decided to forsake my family's safety. And yes, I did keep this old, old flex-line in case anyone would like to dispute how old it really is. Be forewarned, if you use Priority you may do so at your family's risk.

Priority Plumbing, did a great job, in a timely manner, and his price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone. He was on time and the work he did he did has lasted for 2 years now. I would absolutely recommend him and will be using him again!

After having my American Home Shield contractor work on clearing the sewer line for 2 days, I called Chad for a second opinion. He arrived the next morning and within 30 minutes the line was cleared and he checked the line with his camera to make sure there were no roots or breaks in the line. So bottom line it did not need replacing. Honest guy and will call him again in the future.

Chad arrived on time. He and his crew were very courteous and professional. He and I had both initially thought that I had a slab leak based on the symptoms. But once Chad got an air compressor hooked up to the water line to blow the water out, he found the leak to be in the yard where a landscaping crew had capped off the old sprinkler system with the incorrect fitting. He and his crew got the problem solved in just a few hours. The price was considerably less than what we talked about if it had been a slab leak, so I was very pleased about that also. I would definitely recommend Chad and Priority Plumbing.

Chad did an excellent job, going above and beyond. He cleared the entire line, not just where the clog was at to ensure there would be no other issues.

Chad arrived on time, was courteous, experienced, and a good communicator. The initial problem (leaking supply line on house side of meter and main valve) was diagnosed within minutes (hole was dug) and explained completely while we looked at the issue. Following agreement on the solution, it was completed quickly. The price quote was as expected for a licensed plumber. Work I added to the original call, 2 hose valve removal and replacements (sweating/soldering with a torch), were done at a discount price which i appreciated.

I had an emergency water heater situation and Chad got right out and got here when he said that he would and fixed my water heater fast. There was NO waiting around all day wonder IF and WHEN someone would show up. His promptness in answering my call and accuracy in the timeframe he gave me that he would be out here (as well as actually fixing my water heater) was noteworthy.

Chad did an excellent job. He showed up as promised within a two hour window he had given me. He called when he was on his way. He got right to work on installing the kitchen faucet and disposal. As he worked, he gave us tips, and other information about maintenance, and our brand of products. When he was done, he took a quick look at our shower faucet, and let us know what part we'd need for it, as well as instruction on how to fix it. Chad was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone, and will use him again if the need arises. He charged as quoted.
