Wow! Talk about lack of customer service. Originally I reach out to them as they are my builder's preferred vendor. I unfortunately damaged my garage door panels and I needed them to be replaced. I reached out to them for a quote and I did send them pictures. They mentioned to replace the two panels it would cost $750. I agree to this and after scheduling the install they replaced them. Well to my surprised I had two discolored panels. I called them to clarify this and they said it was standard to have them white. I can understand how this is standard for the builder but as an individual consumer I had no idea they needed to be painted. As it is, I already thought it was quite expensive. They said that in 20 years this has never been an issue. I am blown away that their lack of communication about a simple aspect was not mentioned nor did they attempt to correct this. I will add, the garage door opener motor that was installed by them was quite loud. They were charging me $250 for a (New) replacement installation. Lowe's was only charging me $139. Due to their lack of transparency on their job, I will NOT recommend them.

We used this company years ago to install our gutters and they did a good job then, so that's why we went back with them to repair my Mom's gutters. The installer went way beyond what he had to by cleaning out years worth of degraded leaves out of the gutters and then hosing it out to further clean it. He did all that on top of installing more straps than originally bid for. We greatly appreciate their attention to detail and will use them again and again.
