We had an emergency and needed a new roof. Benjamin (project manager) came out gave us a bid price. This was a Friday. I explained we needed the roof installed on the following Monday or Tuesday at the very latest. We were heading out of town on Wednesday and it had to be done. We had a leak, that caused our sheet rock in our closet to fall off. So the leak could not wait another 10 days. It had been raining for the most part of a month and still raining. Benjamin jumped on the job and made sure they could do and complete the job in 2 days. It was completed just like they said it would be! They did a fantastic job, everyone was professional, they did not leave a mess I couldn't have asked for a better contractor. What a relief it was, and took a lot of stress off me before our trip. We had the gutters installed after we returned. Again, Benjamin jumped on the job and handled it. Everyone was on time, they did a great job and everyone was very professional. We only had one concern and Benjamin handled it and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend anyone to use Jame Kate Roofing, trust worthy, dependable, honest and good people.

James Kate Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Eric was extremely skilled in diagnosing the various problems causing leaks in several places, and explained the best option for solving the problems as well as an alternative option. Dustin and his crew were great! He explained everything in detail, and delivered in a timely fashion. They were professional, clean, and any concerns were handled quickly to my satisfaction. The work was excellent, and I now have a beautiful new -and-improved roof!

After the date was set, the crew came the night before the install to make sure all of the equipment and materials were ready for the 6 a.m. arriving of the crew on the next day. The project manager gave brief updates throughout the project. I was so impressed with the clean up afterwards. In fact, an employee of J. Kate came by the next day to make sure that the yard was returned in a better state than it was when the crew arrived. I am definitely going to use James Kate roofing to update the roof over my patio.

Dustin was fantastic throughout the entire process...he communicated with my insurance company’s adjuster, he was fast to respond to the insurance company’s requests for photos of damage to my roof, and then he met with the insurance company’s contractor at my house to walk the roof and help show him the hail damage. He always quickly returned phone calls and text messages when I had questions or concerns. He took time out of his busy schedule and also rearranged his schedule when possible to help me get the new roof put on before my closing date. The new roof looks beautiful! I highly recommend James Kate Roofing and will use them again if I need a new roof in the future.

The sales guy came out but never submitted a quote. I asked him a couple of times, then gave up. Went with RJ Construction instead. They did a great job and are now getting me bids on a total gut and remodel on the kitchen.

Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased. We got a good price and the work was done on time. Our neighbors had roof work done with other companies and we could tell that our crew from James Kate was a lot cleaner as they cleaned up after each day and the crew was very courteous and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone.
