Heavenly Texas Lawns

When they didn't show up, we went to see them about 10:30 a.m. They are only a mile down the street from us. There were several people sitting around in the office, but none of them had taken the time to call us, nor had Mike let them know that they should have called us to let us know there was a problem. Apparently there was some problem with their equipment and they couldn't make it to our appointment. They were not nicely apologetic, however, but pointedly nasty and defensive, and we left their office upset. This is their second week open for business, and our second contact to try and hire them. Our first time was a week ago when our first phone call was not returned. We are very disapointed and predict their failure unless they change their business practices and attitudes toward their customers.He did show up at our door at 11;00, but we turned him away at that point.
