Dolce Pools

Description of Work: My husband and myself contracted with Dolce pools to construct an in ground pool and could never be happier. This has been a dream of ours for several years that has come to reality in 2020. The owner was open to suggestions as we were and the suggestions he made to us, we accepted and couldn't be happier with the outcome. We would use them and recommend them in a heartbeat. The only downside to them is a vendor they use called Pentair. Less than two months after the install we took a direct hit by lightening and it shorted out the module used on our phones to direct the pool cleaning, lights, etc. When we called Pentair they said since it was an act of God, they would NOT WARRANTY it. This is sad as we did nothing wrong, so our smart phones can no longer work the pool. But, again this is a vendor of Dolce pools who will not warranty there product, not Dolce pools. Donna Combs

Description of Work: We set up an appointment. The day came and we waited then I called him. I was told something else came up and we would have to call home back to reschedule. This is unacceptable to us

Description of Work: RECEIVED A BID FROM TYLER FOR A POOL REMODEL. HE WAS MOST PROFFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEGABLE AND ADDRESSED OUT ISSUES. WE SELECTED ANOTHER COMPANY FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE.

Description of Work: They remodeled my pool, resurfaced, new pool deck and added a waterfall. My complains are they cleaned their equipment in my yard and killed my grass and ground cover. They had to redo my surface because they put the wrong surface in at first. They did the redo at no cost to me. Currently, I'm having a leak around the pumps and trouble with the pool and hot tub keeping level.

Description of Work: Never got a follow up on the initial visit for a bid. Was told I would get a call back on a revised plan to remodel my pool, never happened.

Description of Work: Summary: Outstanding customer service. Pool and shed were built on time (adjusting for weather), on price, with very high quality. Attention to detail was evident throughout the process. Minor changes that enhanced the pool were suggested by Tyler and implemented without issues. | |Details: |Contacted Tyler through Angies List. He did an onsite rendering of pool at the initial discussion. Very professional and gave us a good view of what the pool would look like. After 3 other bids, we settled on Tyler's company and proceeded. After determining our buried electric service ran through the middle of the pool, Tyler arranged for relocation of the service. |He personally supervised the initial dig and elevations, ensuring that every detail was handled. He upgraded the steel re-bar to a higher gauge steel, to give added strength. The rough in for electrical, and plumbing was completed on schedule, with his supervision of the work. The gunite and concrete and deck coating were also completed. When the deck coating (cool coat) was not to his satisfaction, they came out and re surfaced the deck. During construction of the shed and fence, I added a couple of options which were done with no issues. |Tyler handled everything from the beginning to pool start up. Checked back often to make sure we were completely satisfied, and made the whole process seamless from our view. |While building a pool can be stressful, Tyler made sure we were informed, consulted and especially made sure we were happy. Highly recommend him for your pool needs.

Description of Work: TYLER WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ABOUT EXPLAINING THE POOL CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. VERY REASONABLE ESTIMATE TOO. WE HAVE POSTPONED INSTALLATION FOR LATER BUT WE WILL DEFINATELY USE HIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.

Description of Work: New construction of pool,including Design and build, water features, decking, pergola, electrical work, etc.

Description of Work: I had a pool/filter system, with a patio installed. A small wooden patio had to be taken apart and gotten rid of along with the old concrete pad by the rear door before work on the pool could begin. Tyler took care of this for me too!!!

Description of Work: I have previously provided an evaluation for this company and nothing has changed in my opinion since that was written before. We maintain cordial contact with the owner of Dolce Pools and Tyler has continued to provide support and advice in a most cordial and friendly manner.

Description of Work: They installed a new in-ground pool.
