Dog Guard of Fort Worth

This company has very bad customer service and after they collect their installation they will not support there product I had to call the corporate office for someone to call me back. The system was over. $2000 the initial experience was great now fast-forward to March 1 my dog is able to get to the fence, I replaced the batteries and still nothing so I called them for Warranty repair. No one ever responds to voice mail,1 time someone picked up and hung up and never called back. I have texted and called about 8 times still no luck. The system is worthless and I'm out over $2000 I wanted to buy from them because they said they were local. My new fence is ruined and now I have to find another company to help. We live in the time of crappie customer service and I guess when I bought from a local business the experience would be better it was not. The product when it works it is great but good luck on any warranty repairs that might happen. Try another guard dog franchise not these guys. Perfectly Arrived on time and made our system work despite terrain difficulties. Really solved my dog containment issues. Well worth the money.

Great, they came out and performed installation and training, and we have not had a single problem since.

They quoted me a price over the phone and I was pleasantly surprised to find it cheaper when The job was completed. I had a problem with one of my dogs being stubborn they came back installed a new collar for her at no charge and work some more with her for her training. The best investment I’ve ever purchased for my pets. We live out in the country on a county road keep them off the road and on our property. The installation was pretty large covering 1200 foot of wire, works great.

This team is DYNAMIC! They are prompt, extremely responsive, friendly, kind, amazing... did I mention they are awesome! I’m sure I caused a delay with getting lines marked by giving them the wrong vendor, but they never once made me feel bad about it! I had a question about the system, and they were at my house the next morning. This is not my first electric dog fence, and I can say this company is by far the best I have EVER worked with! I would recommend and have recommended them to Family, friends and neighbors. They take the work out of owning and maintaining the fence. They trained my dogs, my dogs loved them and so did we! Thank you!

Went perfectly! I no longer had to worry about my dogs escaping. They even had a "fence" installed in the house so the dogs wouldn't run out the front door!

It went great! He trained our dog when he was done installing & it has worked out perfectly.
