Covenant Crafters Mansfield

Ben and his company built and installed floating shelves in our home office a couple of years ago. We searched for quite some time to find a master bath remodeler. The one we ultimately selected insisted that we work with his cabinet people. Big mistake on our part! Ben and his team came out and reworked what was a total mess, and the result was superior! We also found a furniture piece that we wanted in our bedroom, but it was not available in a size that would fit our space. He took the picture I had and made a perfectly-sized replica! As usual, his work was of the highest quality and beautiful... On time, price was right. We have two more pieces we will have made for our home … and Ben and his team will be asked to make them for us. We could not be happier with all that they have done for us. Superior attitudes; superior workmanship. Thank you, Covenant Crafters!

Ben was wonderful. He knew exactly what I needed done. Provided me with a quote that day and I booked the job immediately. His technician, David, did a great job of installing the trash drawer and checking all my existing cabinets. Previous owners of the house had them painted/stained but did not install drawers or hang cabinets properly. David had to come out a second time with parts ordered (soft drawer hardware). Everything looks great. I will hire them again. Thanks guys!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. We knew what we wanted but couldn’t fit all the ideas together. We met with Ben who listened to what we were thinking and wanted. He was incredibly patient with us and took what we said - and created a couple of options for us to consider. We now have an incredible laundry room with a bench, shelves & storage areas that looks beautiful. Hands down would definitely recommend Ben and Covenant Crafters. We’re actually now going to have them come back out and modify our washer & dryer area too.

Ben was very helpful with the final details/design for the cabinets I wanted to have built. When he came out for measurements he gave me a price estimate as well as a projected date for completion. He actually finished the build earlier than expected and called to schedule the install. The install was smooth. We haven't had them painted yet so we haven't used them, but they quality is good. I would definitely use Covenant Crafters again.

The wine cabinet turned out perfectly. Ben was wonderful and very responsive to me. His entire crew at Covenant Crafters were wonderful. It was a pleasure doing business with a company who actually did what they said they’d do. I would highly recommend Covenant Crafters. They not only did a beautiful job, and totally got my vision as to what I was looking for, and they did so at a fair price. They built my cabinet and then stained it to match existing built-in cabinets in the adjacent room. I also had them add glass to my cabinet doors in the butlers pantry, which also turned out beautifully. The icing on the cake is that Ben is an honest, reputable man. I would always go to Caventant Crafters for any future cabinet-related projects. Good job guys and thank you again!

Excellent! We had the wine cabinet done in the fall and just had the console delivered. The wine cabinets were stained to match the existing kitchen cabinets and you would never know. They are timely, professional and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and we will defiantly use them for our next woodworking project.

The team from Covenant Crafters were excellent -- from start to finish. They were able to provide exactly what I requested at a reasonable price and in the timeframe promised. Could not ask for more. I am going to use them again for our master bath remodel and for a couple of other custom pieces. I also reached out to them when my employer was looking for a painter and someone to provide countertops or our office. They sent us to the right people -- very happy with that work also! Very professional, very honest ... I will refer anyone who is looking for custom cabinetry to them.

This is one of my all-time favorite contractors. They are super friendly and easy to work with. They did custom office cabinets and shelving for me last year. We were very pleased with the quality and process, so when I needed a loft bed for my son and couldn't find one ready made that was quite right for the space, I reached back out. Covenant Crafters made exactly what we needed and within budget. Plus Covenant's furniture is made of solid wood and no MDF, which you can hardly find at furniture stores any more. We have several more projects that we'd like to complete around the house in coming years, and will definitely use them again.

Excellent, as always. Ben does great work at a very fair price. We have several pieces he has done for us over the the past 6 years (bookcases, hutch, desk, cabinets) and we have always had a great experience. The quality is good, the work is always done on time - a very professional experience. That’s why we keep coming back for more work.

Quick turnaround, faster than promised (thank you!). Cabinets were high quality craftsmanship and fit perfectly. There was one odd detail with the cabinets being on on angled wall, and CC came back to put in a fix at no charge to address my concern, much appreciated. Will recommend to others, and use again if another project arises.

Overall we had a great experience. The cabinets were delivered as scheduled (besides a delay due to rain). The installation team was courteous and very professional. We had a small issue with the wine cooler cabinet, which I only noticed a few days after the installation and right before we started the painting job. They sent somebody right away to fix it. I'm very happy with the quality of the cabinets. Painters and counter top installers have also expressed the high quality of the cabinets. This is not the first time I used Covenant Crafters, they also did a bookshelf for my home office, I had a similar experience for that project. I highly recommend this company.

Ben and his team are AMAZING. Ben is very professional and patient. He always responded to my emails quickly and provided his advice on all of my requests. His team built custom walnut flat panel cabinets for my galley kitchen. They also built a custom L-Shaped bench that required modifications to make it mobile. I really liked all of the onsite team and his administrative team that I coordinated with throughout the project. I will use him again for other projects in my house.

After almost 30 years a hand carved wooden sign was weathered and showing it's age. I contacted Covenant Crafters to see if they would be able to refurbish it. To my amazement, it now looks like or perhaps better than when I first received it. While most would handle it as just a wooden sign, the kind and caring people at Covenant Crafters handled it with such craftsmanship that when I received it back and they placed it back on the front of my home, I had tears of joy. Thank you Covenant Crafters for your attention to detail and the kindness you show.

Ben and his team were professional, friendly, and helpful from the first phone call to the installation of my kitchen island. When we met to discuss the design, Ben really listened to what I wanted and made good suggestions. He again met me in my kitchen space to make sure that the design would work. I was kept informed along the way. Covenant Crafters cooperated with a local crafter to have the butcher block countertop made locally. The island is beautiful, sturdy, and all wood construction. It really makes my kitchen.

The estimate was as expected and delivery was exactly as stated. The cabinets are beautiful and all requests were met. Suggestions to make my cabinets and island more functional were greatly appreciated as it fit what I wanted. They even reset my sink space so that it was more centered to the window. When I had questions the answers were prompt and informative. Would highly recommend this company for any cabinet and/or island remodel. As well as any custom tables/carts.

Don't let Ben's youthful appearance make you take a step back. My brothers in their 60's who are craftsmen and builders gave his work a stamp of approval. He did a complete set of kitchen cabinets for us in knotty alder and we added extras like slide out drawers, pot lid holder slide outs, cookie sheet storage rack, slide out trash containers...lots of things that make my kitchen so fantastic. We also got him to clear coat the natural knotty alder before installation. You will be working with someone who is professional, and so is his office staff, carpenters and installers. I would recommend Ben to anyone, and so happy I ran across him on Angie's list. Some of the others I contacted were nightmares.....and yet, Ben gave me my dream kitchen at a fair price, and was so good about maintaining contact through out the project. No delays from him at all, but we experienced delays on our end of getting kitchen ready, and he was patient and understanding. $13,525.00 and we received our money's worth. Pleased with everything.

They were very professional, cooperative and accommodated all of our requirements. Besides the cabinets were delivered and installed on time! Went extremely well. Didn't rush just to finish quickly. Took time and made it was done correctly and above standard! I really like the way they paid attention to detail and put up with us being a little "picky" on how things looked. We are very satisfied and would recommend them to my friends and family!

The project turned out great. I had a specific design in mind and Ben and team were able to make it come to life. Ben was flexible in the design process and offered up suggestions that complimented the piece. Custom furniture is expensive, but I found in the bid process with other craftsmen that Ben was comparatively reasonable in his pricing. When Ben came to install the piece, we hit a snag with the placement of electrical outlets that prevented us from moving forward. Ben was great about trying to find an electrician to help and then accommodated us to reschedule and complete the install. I would definitely recommend Covenant Crafters to my friends and would use them again for any custom woodwork I needed done.
