Owner of arrived and reviewed scope of job, provided a quote and said he was 3 weeks out from being able to complete the job. His quote was fair and I told him I wanted to hire him. I waited 3 weeks. I finally left him a voice message to follow up to see when he could come out and complete the job. No response. Called again, no response. Called one more time and sent him a text message on his cell phone. No response. I had to leave work early to meet him to obtain a bid, waited 3 weeks and he never had the courtesy or professionalism to return a phone call. As someone that touts they are fair, punctual, and responsive- this company is not. Don’t waste your time like I did.

We were please with the estimate but ended up with a contractor who both replaced our fence and painted the exterior of our house.

This was my secomd time using Christian Painters in Mansfield. Several years ago, they painted the exterior of our home as well as several interior areas. Our kids wanted to have their rooms repainted so we had Rick come out to give us an estimate. We were not sure of the exact colors that we wanted for my son's room, so he helped us with the decision. He created several mock cards with colors so we could see how they looked in the room under different lighting conditions during the day. In fact, he was very patient as we changed our minds several times before finally arriving at our choice. The completed project looks great. My daughter is in love with her room and my son is very happy with his choice as well. The bathroom looks great too. The only negative I would have to say about the process was the clean up. I had to go around and do a little extra clean up myself of some areas in the bathroom and my son's room. It was something they they missed. They should have done a better job of making sure that all areas were cleaned up before they left. If you choose them to perform the work, I would make it clear that you expect them to be very dligent in their clean up. Other then that one issue, I think they did an super job!
