We are a family owned and operated Lawn Irrigation Installation only company located in Mansfield, Texas. We do not do repairs to existing sprinkler systems at this time. Our main focus is to provide an exemplary customer experience at competitive prices. We love seeing customers proud and happy with their property, and will do anything we can to turn your space into something you can't wait to show off. I have searched Angies List, every email account we have, every employee's email account, my text messages, everything, and I can't find any info from you. It went very well. Only one head had to be replaced. Sam (the co-owner) worked as if there was two Sam"s.

I'm very sorry you're not happy about the price. You purchased the deal that was 50% or regular price and very competitive to other companies. While there, you asked for mulch to be placed in the flowerbeds which is an additional charge. I offered the extra bags to you if you wanted to use in other places which you said you would purchase, after I mentioned the price for each bag. The price reflected the same price I pay for them. I am sorry that dissatisfied you enough to give be a C on price.

they arrived about 15 minutes early and went right to work. Ended up being here more than 4 hours (2 men times 2 hours) but did all that I asked for. Good job. Didn't clean off the sidewalk when done but other than that was pleased.

Everything went great. Brandon came by and found the problem to be a leaking valve. He replaced the valve and took care to save an replace the sod covering it. An important detail since the lawn has gone dormant for the winter. He also did an irrigation system inspection and tune-up. He replaced multiple damaged sprinkler heads and aligned and adjusted the spray on all of them. I probably could have done this myself, but it's one of those maintenance chores I typically keep putting off. I'm very happy I had him do it for me. Brandon followed up with a phone call several days after the service call to make sure the leak was taken care of an I was satisfied with the work performed. I will definitely call him for any future work in this category.
Description of Work: I found a wet area on my front lawn and suspected it was from a problem with my irrigation system. Called Anchor Irrigation because it was close to my house and had good reviews.
