+ -1 more. Mr Frazier never completed the backyard landscaping he contracted to do. Repeatedly failed to show up for work when promised. Put down a patio slab that had to be torn out because it would have directed water into the house. I had to hire another landscaping company to repair his sloppy work. I sued him in small claims court, won the judgement buy he never paid a cent of the judgement against him. Avoid doing any business with Michael Frazier.
