1st Class Cleaning

I would highly recommend them to anybody. Their pricing was very reasonable, it was a lot less than I expected. They've also cleaned my daughter's carpet several times and she's really pleased with them. We were so impressed.

Doug was right on time for the estimate and thoroughly explained the service. He was also on time for the carpet cleaning appointment. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned and looked like new afterwards. Doug was very pleasant and professional. We enjoyed working with him and highly recommend 1st Class Cleaning.

I even had some impossible spots that are now gone.

Doug did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, friendly, worked hard and didn't try to up-sale. I would highly recommend him in the future. The quality of work was exceptional and accomplished in a timely manner.

I had a pipe burst my wall that flooded my flooring and destroyed my sheet rock. We got a plumber to fix the problem, but we still needed someone to get the water and ruined flooring up. 1st Class was right there when we needed them. Their price for the work was reasonable and they gave us priority service for the emergency. The technician came and cleaned the carpet and remove the ruined flooring and removed all water and dried everything. This was an aweful experience especially since we had just moved in, but 1st Class cleaning was a great blessing and made it so much easier.

It went great! Doug did a wonderful job in the professional carpet cleaning of the bedrooms. I was very pleased, and will use his services again.

The owner himself did the work and he was very courteous and did a very proffesional job. I intend to call the company soon before the x-mas holidays--after thanksgiving. Very good price for the job!.

I was satisfied with carpet cleaning and the provider was prompt and professional.

Doug was prompt, pleasant, efficient, and took about 4 hours. Equipment was top notice. Results were great on our 7-year-old carpet. We asked for the estimate on same day as the cleaning. It was for 828 sf. We removed all light furniture and lamps (saving us ten cents per sf). We should have asked for the estimate (price plus Angies coupon) on an earlier day than cleaning because we would have saved money by excluded the protectant and grooming ($170 plus tax) and not needed to move furniture until we got the estimate. We will use the service again without taking advantage of the 6-month discount program.

Doug came out twice, once to give an estimate and then about a week later to do the work. He showed up right on time both times, and did the work in a very timely manner. He moved the furniture that needed to be moved and I was amazed at how nice the carpet turned out. The color even looks better. I had despaired of this carpet even looking even half way OK. Doug priced the job reasonably, knowing I have every intention of replacing the flooring as soon as I can, but that will be a little while yet. I will hire him again with hesitation.

Carpet cleaned nicely, included pre-clean of pet stains. Also tile cleaned well. While grout is much cleaner, I don't think it is quite as clean as they said it would be (after 24 hrs dry time). But okay overall. IMO, their pricing is a bit on the high side. Doug (technician/owner) was very courteous and careful, and he was on time. Company called twice to confirm appt. This is a husband and wife -owned business and they are very professional. Would hire again.

Did an incredible job! The grout in some places was black. It was in such bad condition, I was really ready to pull it up, I just couldn't do a thing with it. Looks brand new now, the grout now is snow white. Very nice to work with and they're prompt. Top marks for this company. They have competitive, quality prices. Would recommend this company to anybody.

It was perfect. They're detail oriented. They're not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They send out a news letter and give coupons. I've used them 3-4 times.

Doug came out on time and cleaned the carpet in 3 rooms. Provided me options based on if I wanted scotch guard. Chose the plan without scotch guard and Doug went to work. Doug was done in about an hour or so and did a great job. No complaints at all.

Doug was going to be in Fort Worth today and was able to fit us into his late afternoon schedule after my morning call. He arrived about 15 - 20 minutes early, and completed cleaning the carpet in our large living area and the hallway. He was here for a little over one hour. Doug is very cordial and professional, and he did an excellent job which included removing stains. The charges reflected a "100 ft free" discount as described in the coupon. We are pleased to have found his listing on Angie's List and will definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

They've been an excellent company. They're very respectful and they do what they have to do. I've been very satisfied and I never had a problem with them. If there was a spot they couldn't get they would say so but most of the time they cleaned up all stains we required cleaning for. They came when they said they were going to come.

I actually wasn't present. My son was and he is quite picky about vendors and quite knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. He was impressed. I really liked the fact they used an enzymatic cleaner that did not leave the floor sticky..

Tthe price was fair (I did have a coupon). He was very professional, polite, right on time, and bent over backwards to make it a price that I could afford. I like the idea of supporting a smaller local company over the big ones. The carpets look great. I will use 1st Class Cleaning again.

Everything was set up by email so it very convenient. All replies were promp and direct. Arrived exactly on time to clean the carpets and one chair. The carpets were installed five years ago when my mother moved into the house. She had an indoor dog and four cats most of that time. The carpets were smelly and severely spotted. She's had a stroke and spends a lot of time in her favorite recliner. It is pretty worn and had never been cleaned. The carpets looked very good when finished. They smelled fresh and all spots were gone. I was surprised they looked so good. The recliner still looks worn but it is clean. The job was done efficiently. Start to finish was under an hour and a half. Probably 30 minutes of that was on the chair.

Doug arrived promptly and provided excellent service. He was very professional and very patient. I had scheduled a furniture donation pickup on the same day and they inadvertently arrived while the carpets were being cleaned. Doug was forced to pause his work, but he made a quick adjustment and took care of the utility room while the movers were working and then he finished the carpets when they were done. If I recall correctly, he also provided the movers with some assistance. I also received a very reasonable estimate for tile & grout cleaning and I?ll definitely be engaging 1st Class Cleaning to complete the work. Bottom line: carpets look and smell great, service was excellent, and the price was very fair.

This is the 2nd time we've used First Class Cleaning. We were very pleased that they were willing to come to our home on December 26 (the day after Christmas), since my husband had the day off and it was very convenient for us. As it turned out, the weather was very cold and snowy that day, but Crissy responded to all of my concerns about possible issues with the cold weather, and they were right on schedule as they had said. Doug is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He does a great job. He cleaned the sofa and chairs, and cleaned both sides of all cushions, including the throw pillows. Doug also cleaned the carpets, including the stairs on the spiral staircase, and cleaned our area rugs as well. He removed all of the furniture to clean the carpet, and then put it back in place with protection under the furniture feet/legs during the drying process. We appreciate Doug and Crissy for their expertise, personal service, and genuine concern about customer satisfaction. We wish we knew service providers in every category who would care for their customers and provide the service that Doug and Crissy do. We recommend them without hesitation.

I think everything went well. The carpet area that needed stretching looks good...no longer a hump. The carpet areas that were cleaned all look clean, especially, the more soiled areas in front of the kitchen and the hall bathroom. Prior to the actual day of the cleaning, Doug came out and gave me an estimate of the cost...so I knew what to expect...and the end cost was what he estimated...no extra costs suddenly arose. Doug tells you that the carpets will be damp for 4-6 hours after the cleaning and that is true. I took the opportunity to leave the house and do some shopping so I wasn't walking on damp carpet. But the carpets dried nicely and the soiled areas definitely looked better from the steam cleaning than when I tried other companies who used other cleaning processes. But I did not have the "scotchguard" put on the carpet and only time will tell whether than was a mistake.

I called them up on Monday. They came out on wednesday. They didn't try to sell me anything extra and very honest about everything. They did exactly what I asked and the house looks great.

Doug did a great job, he was on time, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done exactly the way we wanted. He was quick and punctual. I would use them again!
