1st Class Cleaning

Doug did an amazing job on the carpet. He got nearly all the stains out (there were many) and the smell of urine is gone as well. I even showed him a corner of an area rug (with pet urine stain), and he worked on the area at no charge. He is professional, works very hard and to top it off - he has a great personality. I will call Doug for all my future carpet needs.

Doug is a true professional. He shows up on time, is very thorough, and always works in a discount. Our carpets have withstood 16 years of two boys and several dogs. When Doug finishes with them they look almost new, even in high traffic areas. I will only trust my carpets to 1st Class Cleaning!

Additionally, I had them come back and clean the tile and grout on the kitchen floor and it really came out nice.

I was pleasantly surprised when I called to schedule the service and was quoted an exact time instead of a four hour window that is the norm these days. I was even more surprised when they showed up exactly on time. The work was done very professionally and my carpets looked great - a whole new color!! I would definitely use them again.

Very well. We have used two different companies but, always come back to Doug.

Scheduled for 2pm and they called to reschedule. Wants me to reschedule for Monday. Needed it done sooner. They were unable to schedule.

The gentleman was prompt, very professional. Although we originally just requested the carpet to be stretch and reinstalled we had him steam clean the carpet. Although we had not scheduled it we requested the sofa to be cleaned and liked his work we requested a bid for the entire house. We were very happy with the work, price and we will definitely have them come out to do the remainder of the house.

I was so happy with the results that I hired the company to come out for additional work to clean and seal my tile and the grout. I was very comfortable being around the provider. He gave me advice on what to use to clean my flooring in the future to prevent discoloration. They had excellent work and were very knowledgeable. I have another appointment set up with them to come out in the future.

Doug always does a thorough and professional job. He comes in and gets the job done-no messing around. He's very friendly and courteous. His prices are very reasonable. He's who I use now after using ChemDry for years and paying lots more. Highly recommend.

Once again 1st class cleaning saved our floors! Doug came and removed the grout haze that remained on our tile floors in the den, kitchen, formal living, formal dining and hall. Before he helped the floors never looked clean, even right after mopping. After Doug cleaned them to remove the grout haze the floors stay clean looking for a week after mopping, even with a large dog and young child living on them! We have used 1st class cleaning for years, first to help freshen up and repair dirty old carpets and now with our new tiled floors. The technician went the extra mile!!! He was so easy to communicate with. We had a number of bad stains, and the carpets had not been cleaned in way too long. He did a phenomenal job and the carpet looks terrific. We plan to use them on a regular basis from now on! The technician was kind, considerate, and professional! He made it so easy and comfortable that it felt like he was part of the family or a friend you'd known a long time. He takes pride in his work, and wants your carpet to look brand new.

It went very well. Well, I had recommended them to friends and family, they were really good. I?ve never had any complains with them, never. I thought their price was very reasonable. They always communicate very well.

We were very pleased with the fellow that did the carpet cleaning. He was able to come in a timely manner which was important to us because we had just moved back into our house. He made room for us on his schedule. He stayed until the job was done which made his day a little longer. We appreciated his willingness to help us out that way. He did a good job. We appreciated his efforts to make it right. We plan to have him come back. The price was probably fair; it wasn't real cheap or real expensive.

They are very thorough, professional and reasonably priced. They are independently owned. They do good cleaning and I would use them again in the future.

It went real well with 1st Class Cleaning. She worked with me to get the areas I wanted and it went great. They did a wonderful job for me.

1st Class is very good. The gentleman did an excellent job. We had a cat who kept wetting on my rug. He was a fixed cat but he kept marking his territory and I had thought he had ruined one of our good rugs that was in our dining room but the gentleman from 1st Class said I believe I can get that out for you, I'm pretty sure I can so I said give it a try because I don't know what I'm going to do with it because I can't stand it in the house because when it got real damp, you can smell the cat smell. He cleaned it and I've gotten down on my knees and you cannot even smell the cat smell. We had another rug that needed a little bit of a repair, they don't do that kind of work but there was a lady that works for them that she knew something that might work and they fixed it for us. Even when they cleaned our carpets, they did an excellent job. They do clean up after themselves. We have had other people that have come in here and they make a mess and they leave it a mess, but they did a very good job of cleaning up. Some places when they come and clean your carpet, you smell the shampoo smell forever, it's kind of an industrial smell, whenever they would leave our house after cleaning the carpets, it always just smell fresh. I would recommend them to anybody, as a matter of fact, we have recommended them to people. We've never had any problems with them. If we show them a spot and we want them to get it out, they get it out. We gave them a time to come and they were here before that time. Their pricing was reasonable.

I would highly recommend them to anybody. Their pricing was very reasonable, it was a lot less than I expected. They've also cleaned my daughter's carpet several times and she's really pleased with them. We were so impressed.

My wife is very pleased with them. We thought the lady that came out and did the initial cleaning was great, and the lady who comes out every other week is also great. The owner of the company is a clean freak, and my wife loves that, because she is the same way. The work is good. They are very responsive and very good. They are coming in tomorrow. They are very punctual, they are usually here a couple minutes early. They are on a permanent contract for now.
