1st Class Cleaning

We experienced a pipe burst as a result of the ice storm. As a result, our downstairs flooded, which included 3 carpeted areas as well as the kitchen. I called First Class Cleaning and Doug was at our house in about 30 minutes. He quickly gave us an estimate and began working to extract the water from the carpets. He then left several industrial dryers to dry the carpet as well as a few walls that were wet. The dryers were left there over the weekend. He picked them up Monday night and cleaned the carpet. Overall, he was excellent and the quality of his work was superb. The only surprise was the cost of water extraction (we thought it was a little expensive) but after talking to others, his quote was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company both for emergency water extraction as well as carpet cleaning.

I was delighted with the service i received from the cleaner. I called them at 3 on a sunday and they were there by 3:30. The cleaning went well, but I feel compelled also to speak of the worker's bedside manner. I was distraught after just flooding my bathroom, bedroom, and closet, and his easy going manner and good humor about the situation helped me put the incident into perspective. Honest, kind, professional.

Fine. They were responsive, confident and competent. Our carpet has been soaked by rain damage / flooding. We used another company to dry it out (Service Master) and were not happy with their service nor their pricing. After the carpet was dried, a friend recommended we use First Class cleaning to retack the carpet. They did a fine job and offered good advice regarding future care of our carpets.

Ronnie arrived on time, actually a few minutes before the appointment time. He measured the area to be clean with a tool. The staircase calculation is the actual number of stairs. He then gave me a quote based on the footage. There are 3 types of packages: (1) Pet Package; (2) Platinum Package - with the a 30 day guarantee; and (3) the Gold Package with a 10 day guarantee. At the end of the cleaning he gave us a free bottle of the spot cleaner too. There is also a referal bonus (gift certificate) toward the next cleaning, which is 10% if the net sale of the person you referred to them.

The company is very easy to work with, they are prompt and professional. They were able to remove ~95% of the stains (both from pets and kids). The carpeting looked very good when they finished.

Work was done on time and within the estimated period. I will probably call them back for after holiday cleaning.

The owner came out and did a walk through to see the condition of the carpet to be cleaned along with measurements. he wrote us out an estimate. we made an appt at that time. the tech who showed up was on time, very friendly and very professional. my carpet was pretty bad with 7 cats. my carpet came out cleaner than I ever imagined it would. I will definitely be using them again!

Ronnie came for a "free estimate" and had time to stay and complete the work. He was very thorough, worked quickly (but no rush), called my attention to a couple of "pet stains" I wasn't aware of. Even moved a large couch I hadn't had moved before. Advised me not to let our beloved dog on the wet floor for 2 hours (I hadn't thought about the chemicals). I later learned my granddaughter had used the same company - she learned of them thru internet friends.

OUTSTANDING service. What I liked most about First Class was that it was a family-owned and operated business. They did not send out a couple of knuckleheads lacking experience or customer service skills. The owner, himself, performed all the work, he worked very hard under hot conditions and he did a great job. Carpet stretching, in particular, was very challenging due to the size of the room and angled walls. Carpet still looks magnificent months later.

They were right on time for the appointment. The technician had to really work to get the "humps" out of the carpet in certain areas. Their cleaning method worked much better than the "dri-clean" method I had used several years ago in removing high traffic area stains. After the carpet dried, some of the "humps" returned and when I called them back, they sent the technician back the next day and now the carpet looks great. Thanks for your hard work!

While the estimate did not include pet stains, it was a new house, so they discovered pet stains while vacuuming which were minor so they treated them for free. The serviceman was very friendly.

Extremely well. Doug, the owner runs a well-established company with an excellent reputation for customer service and satisfaction. He provides a program that if you get your carpets cleaned every 6 months, the first cleaning is at regular price and the second one is 50% off. Participate in this program with no interruptions for 4 years, your 5th year of carpet cleaning is absolutely free! Break this down into individual treatments, you are really getting yourself a bargain. In the past, we used First Class Cleaning several times and last year we tried another company because their fee was a little cheaper. Needless to say, after a few months, we had Doug come back to un-do the mediocre job that the other company did. He does high quality work and we will remain with him on our future carpet cleaning needs.

set up appointment immediately, great service, technician called to say running a little late (15 min), carpet looked great, came back immediately when stains showed up from deep in carpet and stains showed up after cleaning, over they were very pleasant, professional and good the job done.

We were not charged in February because it was part of the package we purchased in November. They were very easy to work with and easy to schedule an appointment with. They were punctual, they did exactly what they said they would do, the carpets look great, and we are very pleased.

We called for an estimate and Ronny came out right on schedule and told us what package levels were available, the cost, and how long the process would take. We decided on their platinum package which offered the best deal plus follow up cleaning at a reduced price, but due to the rainy weather we decided to wait for a clearer and warmer day. Ten days later Ronny arrived on schedule and did an outstanding job in just under two hours. He moved all the furniture and introduced us to sliders to put under the furniture that makes it easier to move them. He even told us where to buy the sliders locally and how much they cost. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

The company rep came on time, and worked hard to complete the job. we had some tough stains that requires a second treatment. they promptly returned to do the additional work. This is a very customer focused company that I will use again.

I really liked them. They were very punctual. They were clean guys. They did everything they said they would and a little bit more. I was very happy with that. The grout work was all clean again. It was amazing.

We scheduled and received an estimate on the total cost approximately one week before the service was completed. Doug, the owner, arrived exactly on time to begin the process of cleaning the carpet in two rooms as per the estimate, but my wife decided on cleaning the carpet in the den also, primarily to get the area scotch-guarded. Doug agreed to the addition, but reduced the normal charge since "he was already there". After completeing the carpet cleaning, he began cleaning the tile and grout, explaining as he went what would occur. When cleaning of the tile was competed, he applied the sealer, which had never been done, even when the house was built. Doug was very professional in completeing the tasks, and very personable in all aspects of customer relations. Additionally, the person giving the origianl estimate, Ronnie, I believe, was also very professional and friendly. Both are an asset to their company, and an asset to their customers.

Excellent! Doug arrived promptly on schedule, and went right to work. We went to run some errands while he did the work, and was just finishing when we returned, about 3 hours later. He did an excellent job of scouting out drips and stains in the carpeting, cleaning them, and cleaning the carpet overall. He vacuumed thoroughly before starting cleaning. He stretched the carpet perfectly in the hallway, where requested. He did a very good and thorough job of extracting the moisture after the cleaning, and then raked the carpet lightly to bring up the nap. It's several years old, and he's the only person who has ever cleaned it; and it looks as good as new. They are also completely honest and trustworthy. We are entirely comfortable to have them working in our home while we are gone; and we usually just go out to a movie while they clean. They are exceptionally careful with the furniture, etc. (Doug even helped us out by moving our mattress and adjusting the dust-ruffle under our bed for us, as we can't lift it.) We've had Doug's company doing all our carpet and upholstery cleaning for probably 10 - 15 years, and they have always been very meticulous about all they do, including followup calls to ensure that we're happy with their services. We have referred them to many friends, and all of them are exceptionally happy and have become steady customers. We are delighted with Doug and Crissy, wish that all merchants were so capable and honest.

They are very reasonably priced. I have always felt that they are very reliable and trustworthy. I feel comfortable enough with them to leave a key under the mat so that they can come out and do the cleaning. I have referred them to quite a few of my friends. There was one time when Doug came out for an emergency cleaning. I had spilled a chocolate drink on our brand new carpeting and it came out spotlessly.

They did a great job. They removed all the stains, the carpet looks new. Cost was less than I expected. They gave me a small discount because I was a new client.
