Description of Work: Nice guy! He came by to look at the proposed project (bathroom rework) and left. I called to see if he was going to get back to me with an estimated cost. I left a message and never heard from him again. I suspect he didn't think the job was of interest to him, but he didn't want to tell me so - so he evaporated. This is no reflection on the quality of his work, since I didn't have the opportunity to experience his work. He likely is a qualified handyman, but not particularly communicative.

Description of Work: Dennis replace rotted siding and facia boards around the house. Also, painted to match the house. Perfect match! Also, replaced drywall where mold had formed. Dennis also repaired a few other odds and ends that where not in the bid at no cost to me. Great job!

 + -1 moreTerrible. He installed the bathroom vanity on top of a piece of cardboard that was covering the tile floor instead of removing it first. He built the interior wall incorrectly and in a sloppy fashion. He did not fasten the drywall to the wall correctly and he was not floating it out appropriately. I asked him to redo some of his work in a polite manner. Instead of discussing the problem in a rational way, he grabbed all of his tools and left. I had to remove a lot of drywall mud that had not been floated out, and had to clean up a big mess he left on the porch. He only finished about 2/3 of the job and I paid him appropriately.
Description of Work: Installed three interior single pre-hung doors and one interior double pre-hung French door including molding on both sides, built small interior wall (including drywall and some tape and float, added new wood molding around three windows and installed double bathroom vanity.)

 + -1 moreHe got the job done, and got out of here very quickly. He was very good and very fast. He cleaned everything up everyday when he was done working. We did not have to watch him to make sure he was working. He is a very nice man and very good at what he does.
