Baskett Brothers Contracting

Description of Work: The Baskett Brothers Contracting worked on our families home and 100 year old barn in Coupland, Texas. The 100+ year old barn is approximately 70 feet in height (3/4 stories) and approximately 3000 sq. ft of space. The work involved crane work in high areas, replacing rotten wood planks, hay bale doors repaired, wood replacement for cattle shoots. After replacing all rotten wood, they power washed the barn and oversaw their paint contractor cover the barn with approximately 50 gallons of paint.They repaired wooden fencing and locks surrounding the barn. In the home they repaired doors not closing propery, repaired door latches, repaired a toilet in one of the bathrooms, painted walls and trim in the living room. Replaced curtain rods. They also are preparing a bid to replace some of the double paned windows in two rooms of the home with new doubled paned aluminum windows. Outside the home they removed trees and shrubs and replaced them with new plants. They made arrangement for a 30 yard dumpster to be placed at the rear of the house to cleaned out a large area of waste wood and old metal from years of being stored on the property.
