Description of Work: I originally called them because our fridge/freezer was not cooling as it should. They came out, and showed me a simple fix, and it was done. I also asked them to quote repairing my ice dispenser, and their quote was 1/2 of what another appliance repair company quoted me. They ordered the part and had it fixed the day the part arrived at their shop. The kind lady who scheduled the repair was very on top of scheduling, and called me a couple of times throughout the day to let me know when their guy was going to arrive. I was very impressed with their service.

Description of Work: Chance was great! He corrected the problem with the dishwasher not draining properly. He then cleaned it and gave recommendations on which products work best in it. Then he went on to find parts for a broken mini-fridge. He answered all my questions and gave recommendations on other appliances we are considering. In addition, he gave me cards for other trades who his company works with and have been vetted. I am glad I called South Austin Appliance Repair and plan on using them for all appliance needs.

Description of Work: My washer was not working. Turns out it was just the pressure sensor for the lid. They replaced the part and my washer works just fine. They were very honest and quickly identified the problem.
