About us

Let me introduce myself. My name is Steven L. Reeves. I grew up in a family owned construction business. We built houses, duplexes, apartments and light commercial strip centers. I have over 35 years’ experience in the construction field. I have approximately 15 years in Residential construction and 20+ years in Commercial construction. I became a licensed Inspector in 2006. Your real estate property is probably the most important investment you will make and you should have confidence in who does your inspection. I feel I can take away any fears, doubts or worries that you may have concerning the real estate property you may purchase. My report will have pictures and commentary which will be easy to read and understand so you can make a qualified decision when purchasing property. If you prefer, I am available to review the report when delivered on a one on one basis.

Very timely and fast service and turnaround. I would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: Needed one year inspection on new build. Very great work he was quick and responsive. He also created a great summary with pictures which I will use to send to my warranty group.

Review I worked with Mr. Reeves on a new construction home where he performed all of my phase inspections (foundation, pre dry wall, and final). I can not say enough positive things about the professionalism and immediate responses Mr. Reeves provided. He was always early to every meeting, responded to texts/emails fast, accommodated my schedule (even with one day notice) and provided all reports less than 24hours (I would even say 12 hours) after each inspection was completed. If you want someone who does great work, experienced in construction, and provides insight on home building he is your guy.
