Replaced frame and door from house to patio. Old door must have been leaking for a long time, but not noticed until carpet was removed for a new wood floor.

They did a really good job.

The owner of the company was punctual, friendly and professional. The work was completed on time and site was cleaned up. We did have one issue with the operation of the door knob and it was fixed right away. We are very happy with the operation of the door.

It was great! I hired him on the spot. I had a leak from some windows and had window guys out but they said I would need a carpenter to replace the rotted wood. He looked at the job and quoted me a price to fix the problem. The windows do need to replaced but my biggest concern was stopping the leak and Dennis, said he would do that. He was here on time as promised with a day of the original quote. He did a great job and we have had rain and my problem is solved. He completed the job perfectly and finish in the time he said he would. It was also a difficult job on a slanted roof. I will hire him again.

Cardinal is owned and run by a very hard working individual, who arrived on time and stayed until the job was complete. He has done other work for us, and it was always professional and reasonably priced. The wood was replaced in only one working day, and it was done just the way we wanted. He has a variety of talents, so if we ever need any miscellaneous work done around here, we know where to call.
