They went over and beyond! They did an excellent job and were extra nice.

New Stone was very good to work with as far as price and congeniality. They also showed up to do the work on time and stayed until completion. However the initial Quartzite we chose was cut incorrectly causing us to select another piece that did not match the initial selections. The second piece was also slightly smaller than ordered, but in the end was acceptable. I'd use them again, just be sure all dimensions are understood by you and the installer.

New Stone was highly recommended by a friend who lives less than 5 minutes from my house. DJ came to my house on Wednesday, however, I had the date written down as Thursday. I copped up to making the mistake, although I put the date in my calendar as I was chatting on the phone with the gentleman in the office, so I am not sure how I made the mistake...either way, we are all human and make mistakes. The card left on my door just said sorry we missed you. When I called to figure out what happened on Wednesday I set a tentative time for another estimate. The call came on Friday to confirm the date as well as to let me know that if I wanted DJ to come back out on Monday I'd need to give them $100 (even though he had another appointment in Leander that morning and I was purposely trying to schedule around). I also asked why I didn't receive a call while he was there, as I was about 15 minutes behind him and I was told that he did call, but I know I never received a call. I heard that they did good work and had great prices, I just think that it would be nice to know if they intended to charge me in the first place, as they advertise FREE ESTIMATES in Austin and surrounding areas, as well, the person that recommended them was not charged. I know that even if he drove from the advertised location to my house it would not cost $100. That was clearly a stab at me and the mistake. I know that by writing a poor review I am giving up chances of working with New Stone, however, as a person (6 months pregnant to be exact), we make mistakes. I attempted to make it easy for him to come back out, but I can see that by the response I was given my business is not wanted.

It was very good. They're on time. They have good craft work.

New Stone Concepts did an excellent job and the pricing was reasonable.

The owner, DJ Anderson, handles estimates, measuring and amp; is ever present in operations, as well as his wife, Christine. They are reliable, honest, punctual and amp; deliver an outstanding product. They can also make suggestions and amp; recommendations to keep your budget. I have never been through this type of project and amp; DJ made me feel very comfortable about my selections and amp; the process. I would, without hesitation, recommend them for your countertop solutions.

They did a beautiful job. They were honest. They kept coming back and doing what they needed to do to get it finished. There was some residue or something like that. So I called him up, he came right away and thanked me for giving him an opportunity for making it right. We are happy with them.
