Job is done. But quality is not very good.

Great job! We are very happy with the work that was done.

We explained our intent for painting was based on repairing the cracks in the ceiling. John assured us that he could patch the cracks so they would not be noticeable and stated "Oh that is easy, it's just a common drag texture". After texture, prime and painted, we said that it was not to our satisfaction and still visible, John became very agitated/frustrated and paced the floor, almost child-like. He complained the job took longer than he anticipated and didn't want to rent another hopper to texture again. He bought a can of texture and tried to somewhat improve the areas. Still under par, we settled for a slightly reduced price. A review of the job after they left, we found paint on ceiling fans & light fixtures, dripped paint on our curtain and down the walls. I do not recall seeing his workers sand the crown molding before applying the oil based paint, which is generally a standard procedure for painters. It is a shame that his behavior did not reflect his faith, which he shared with us. We did not feel that he wanted to make the job right, negating "All Work Guaranteed" Please note: his workers were very hardworking and courteous.

Prompt, worked steadily. Did a good job. Brought all his tools, set up on my deck and got to work. Did not take a lunch break, but worked straight through from 9 AM to 4 PM.

John texted me when he was on his way and installed the led light fixture successfully. I saved money purchasing myself and having John install it.

I told him I'm a list lady and he quickly that out so when he comes he asks me "What's on the list?" He works all day on my list for 7 hours, then I pay him for the day and then I assess my money situation so I call him once I have the payment. He charges $62.50 an hour.

Very prompt and professional install. Was there at the agreed to time and did the job professionally.

Went perfectly. I purchased a toilet from a store and they installed it. No complaints at all. I will be having them install another one in a few weeks.

First time out we had some patio lights replaced. The second time he painted some cabinets, drilled weep holes on the exterior of our home, installed a dedicated 20 amp outlet and braced an aging rail on our deck. All work was top notch.

The job went very smoothly. John arrived ready to work and did everything we had talked about plus some additional repair required to one of our outdoor ceiling fans. John also provided us with a quote for our potential master bathroom remodel. He walked us through each item on our checklist and cleaned up behind himself. We are grateful we found someone to help us out around the house.

Improved Homes 4 You came out to assess the situation and agreed to replace my 150 amp breaker with a 200 amp unit. However, he went to one store to look for the parts he would need and determined he was unable to find those parts. I was able to find the parts required online within a few minutes. At that point, I decided he was no qualified to do the work.

No one ever called me. I now have some insight into how they run their business, which is probably reflected in the quality of their work. I'm glad I'm not using Improving Homes 4 You. There are several other companies who have been very responsive to my needs.

Looks great, exactly where I wanted to go.

Talked to the guy September 16. He said he was a couple of weeks behind & asked me to text him contact info. I did so immediately after the call. After no response I texted again on September 28. No response. Texted again on October 7. He responded that he was 6 weeks out. I understand commitments, but he could have told me this when I contacted him 3 weeks prior. In my view very unprofessional. But that seems to be a common theme for Angie's list.

Couldn't be happier. excellent quality, workmanship, punctual. Nathan is an exceptional craftsman. We would recommend in a heartbeat!

The service went excellent. They were easy to work with and reasonable. They were able to handle some unknowns.

I called because the holiday the forth was coming and with it being so hot I just had to get this done. They came right out and it was installed in less than 30 minutes. I would use them again.

It has gone very well so far. Dependable, clean, efficient, professional. Looking forward to his work in our bathroom later this month. We've been able to be a bit flexible with his schedule. His workload increased with his listing in Angie's List; seems he's very popular. We recommend John.

The basketball equipment removal and the mailbox went fine. Pressure washing the house and fence were OK except that they got too close to the fence with the pressure washer in several places and damaged the wood. Mud had splashed up and dried on the fence during the washing and I was disappointed that they STAINED OVER the mud rather than brushing it off with a broom. They also stained over cocoons that were on the fence. So, I think small jobs are perfect for them. John and Ryan are very nice, punctual, and easy to work with.
