We hired Genuine Texas Exteriors for a siding project and as soon as they came for a quote, we felt like we could trust them more than other contractors who had provided estimates for the same service. The work was completed exactly as described, exactly in the timeline described (a super fast two-day turnaround for a rather big project), and exactly at the agreed cost. Michael from Genuine Texas Exteriors was fantastic to work with. He explained the process, information, details, options, etc. Michael was able to upgrade our the shingles for the roof to a class 4 after reviewing the insurance claim. This was unexpected and really great for hail impact protection. Installation was timely, Oscar and his crew was excellent. They cleaned up everything.

Tanner was very responsive, thorough and not pushy at all. It took a bit for us to decide. We wanted to get a couple of bids. Tanner was very patient and wasn't calling us or emailing us every other day like some sales reps have done in the past. He knew we were getting other bids and was patient. He went over all my questions and concerns every time I called. His crew that did the roof was very punctual and very nice. They made sure to let me know what they were doing. Overall my roof looks amazing and they delivered what they said they were going to do. I would highly recommend, well in fact already have, these guys to anyone needing a new roof.

Our great experience began from the start. Michael educated us on window manufacturing and ratings to ensure we were comparing apples to apples when evaluating bids. Michael did not want any money down (e.g., â half up frontâ ) nor did he offer us a â special discountâ if we signed a contract at that moment. Rather, he gave us his best price from the beginning and did not ask for payment until he personally inspected the final work. The installers, Shea and Colton and their team, were excellent. They were on time and stayed on schedule. They gladly responded to our questions on the spot. The finished work is excellent as are the windows. We had a particularly difficult bay window and they we able to make it look better than the original installation. I canâ t recommend Michael and his team more highly.

We hired Genuine Texas Exteriors for a new roof after the Austin freeze in February 2023. Michael was professional, honest, extremely responsive and soultion oriented at every level, - He worked with my insurance company to help with the claim. - He walked through all of my options with roof materials, lowering my insurance with high quality materials and energy savings. - He provided samples to choose from and guided the custom project dealing with skylights, solar water heater and gutters. - The team was thorough, fast, professional, and deliverd a high quality project. Most importantly, they completed the project on time (1 week!) and on budget. This is something that makes Genuine Texas Roofing a A++ recommendation in my book. Genuine Texas Exteriors (GTE) recently completed our roof replacement. The whole process was efficient, thorough, professional, honest, and enjoyable. GTEâ s proposal was all inclusive unlike the other proposals we received. The other proposals had several â if this, then add this costâ , that left too many questionable areas that could have made their proposal much higher than GTEs. GTE used the highest quality materials with the best long-term warranty on labor and materials. GTE uses self-adhering â Ice and Water Shieldâ underlayment in roof valleys rather than the old technology of â valley tinâ which if done improperly will leak the first time it rains. The underlayment for the rest of the roof decking is a higher quality material with the underside being a vinyl layer that seals out water. GTE also included the installation of â ridge ventsâ that the other proposals did not include. GTE also replaced any decking and facia that was water damaged, as part of their original proposal, where the other bidders had this as an extra cost. The installation crew arrived precisely on-time and completed the whole re-roofing project in an amazing 6 hours. My wife and I could not be happier with the whole process and the end results. We highly recommend that you consider Genuine Texas Exteriors for your next roof replacement. This is my third roof replacement experience on different houses over the past forty years, Genuine Texas Exteriors is the best roofing contractor I have ever dealt with. We think that they should get somebody that knows what they are doing. and to have someone to deal with customers because the Customer is not going to be satisfy with the service they provide. The owner of the company has been giving us the run around. They have not fixed what they damaged.

Michael has been very informative about what decisions to make and the work theyâ ve done was spectacular. Some repair turned into a larger deal and they were able to accommodate the work. Very easy to work with, and the foremen are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Multi-layer project involving roof replacement, solar panel take down and reinstall, and chimney siding replacement. All done very professionally and within three weeks of shaking hands on the deal. these guys did a great job on my roof! i got a reasonable price for the quality products they use, there's a great warranty, they kept to the schedule, and Levi was incredibly friendly and professional. they were also very attentive to clean up and inspection after installation. I would recommend these local guys, they were easy to get ahold of and communicate with, which is refreshing.
