Description of Work: Brick masonry walls with gates on both sides of house. |The concrete bases for the walls were way to shallow and as a result, the walls started to lean within weeks of job completion. One was worse than the other, and after weeks of lip service, they finally came out to correct the one wall. They told me if the other gets worse to let them know and they would come out to correct. Well, it did. Nearly falling over. This time, they never returned my phone calls, with me leaving messages asking them to come make good on this job. |My options were 1.) Lawyer up and fight it 2.) Pay someone else to make it right, or 3.) Try to fix it myself. Since I didn't have the budget for 1 or 2, I was was forced to have to do it myself. This entailed bracing the wall, digging around and under, jacking it up until properly level, and reinforcing with more concrete. |Just know that if you use DNZ for this type of work, it WILL be substandard, and they will refuse to make the situation right. |After my dealing with Todd, I can't imagine having any less respect for him or his business. |

+ -1 moreSo far we have been pleased with DNZ Landscaping. They are scheduled to mow, edge, and blow the yard every two weeks. They have shown up, done the work and left the lawn tidy. Last week, due to the sudden rain, they weren't able to blow the cut grass from the concrete, but we did truly understand that. The lawn is growing nicely and we're happy to have DNZ to care for it.
Description of Work: Within the last few weeks we have started using DNZ to maintain our yard . They mow, edge and blow the grass every two weeks and when needed we ask them trim an Asian jasmine bed and do other other yard projects.

+ 1 moreWe recently purchased a house on a one acre lot that had never been cleared. There was cactus, trash, brush and loads of cedar trees that needed to be cleared. Todd brought an army of guys over to get the work done very quickly and efficiently. They started on time and ended early. Todd wasn't the cheapest, but I felt like he was an honest guy, so I went with my gut! I'm glad I did!

+ -1 moreI have been happy so far. They are getting rid of a bunch of leaves and trees. They are doing more than routine maintenance. They started the job by pulling weeds out of the flower beds by hand and I have been trying for years to find someone to do that. They just seem to be very particular and take pride in their work. I would give them an A+. The overall experience has been excellent. They are punctual, responsive, and professional.
